They are always helpful and knowledgeable, however I didn't recognize the person who helped me and thought he didn't know products as well as some of the others. Perhaps he was new.

They have a large supply of chicks, rabbits and birds. Everyone here is so helpful and will help you determine exactly what you need to keep your animals happy and thriving.

they’ve got a program w taste of the wild dog food buy 10 get 1 free .. I bought 10 over the last few months and happen to be out of town on business so I sent someone to pickup my free bag since last time I went they were all out of dog food. Called this morning and got the ok when my girl got there they say even though I’d paid for 10 that she’d have to buy one to get the free bag! They are overpriced on everything but it made since if I was gonna get a free bag every 10! I’d recommend patronizing El ganero in Compton they are 11 dollars cheaper per bag and only a few miles away ! I’m terribly disappointed at the customer service my girl received and how rude they were to her while she was on the phone with me trying to figure it out.. spent 500 plus there now I regret every dollar

Pet stuff and food. Birds and animals ready to purchase and take home. Prices seem a little lower than other places we shop.

My kids love this place. Got a bunny for Christmas....kids are in love...staff was friendly patient and helpful to educate on care and maintenance

This place has food for pretty much all types of animals. You have to check this place out for yourself. Favorite are is the Mexixan Loteria Print clothes.

Great place to buy chicks the workers that grab your chicks are rudeas as in a young big man grabs they with attitude .but the price is amazing and the cashiers .. just make sure u ask questions

Bough a parakeet Took back the same day because it had watery stool and fluffed up it looked sick. They told me they would hold on to it and they would call me back once it was feeling better .I checked on it a few day later an employee took it home all staff was aware of the situation.Worst experience ever . Shady people .
