Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa Banning, California

I've been taking my dog Josie for play days & overnight stays since she was a puppy. The staff is so caring & nice and Josie is always happy & tired when I pick her up. It's very clean & accommodating.

If There is more Than 5 stars i would give them ths place is awesome they make everything i want to my lill kid they are so professional dealing with pets Whiskey enjoy his stay with them and he loved them so much the elder lady was really professional and very very nice Thank you so much i will be back only this place can take care of dogs great job guys :)))

I used Renaissance Pet Resort and Spa for my 2 dogs several years ago when I went out of town for several days. I was able to call for updates whenever I wanted and everything sounded good. I had also requested bath and haircuts for them and they not only looked great when I picked them up, but seemed content which I appreciated even more. Even though I only have one of the dogs now, I needed to board her when an unexpected medical problem took me to the emergency room and I didn't know if I would be admitted to the hospital. Despite being over 30 miles out of the way, I decided it was worth it for her comfort and my peace of mind. Because Maggie is used to being with me almost always, I was first impressed how she pulled on her lessh, anxious to go inside the facility as I knew that she would have pulled in the opposite direction had she had a bad experience I was AMAZED that she went willingly with the staff person without pulling on her leash or whining or barking. She didn't even look back in my direction. I can't say enough about Rrnaissance! They provided a safe and enjoyable environment for my dog and gave me peace of mind. They even sent Maggie home with a report card which told me how she did with such things as eating, socializing with other dogs, and peeing outside.As long as I live within 100 miles of Renaissance, I will always select them if my dog needs boarding.

Frank LOVED his stay. This schnauzer is not dog friendly and their staff took him out on his own segregated lawn. Will definitely use them always!!

My dog loves it here at Renaissance to get her grooming done.

We love the daily pictures they post of our furry family members, they treated our boys like family and follow all dietary instructions and such. Our pets love them and we love them. For an anxious pet mom I would choose no other place to leave them while I am gone.

2 Years ago i posted 5 stars for these people. Then i was either mistaken or things have changed. There is no humanity left, just a screen that appears all nice and happy but any glitch and a little digging you will find a hollow husk or perhaps androids with no humanity. Go down the street where the humans still have empathy and compassion.

They take their time to make sure the dog.is always conferrable. Thank you

Each time I drop off my two little ones I feel secure in knowing they are going to be well taken care of. Every person I have come in contact with has been so friendly and interested in my babies. I highly recommend both the overnight boarding and day care services.

I bring my pup in on the Splash and Dash program to pamper her. She knows when she is going to the groomer and gets very excited and can't wait to leave. The staff is all very good with her and she always looks great when I pick her up. I can't imagine taking her anywhere else!

Excellent and professional service from the initial phone call to the picking up of our two Golden Retrievers! will definitely have our beloved dogs stay again!
