Great place to bring your animals to Great staff and vet ???? thank you for helping us throughout the years .

This was the only vet I could get an appointment with when my dog wasn't doing well. Sadly, we lost her before I could take her in. I kept the appointment for my other dog (her sister) because she was due for a check up anyway. She was dx with diabetes and we began getting her the insulin she needed. She made it three months. My husband took her for a check up on a Friday and explained she hadn't been feeling well and she had gotten into something the night before. It appeared the vet just wanted to go home because he said just toBloodgood. And let him know the following Monday rather than do images or bloodwork. That Monday came and my husband took her in. He said she wouldn't make it even if he started IVs because she was severely dehydrated. My husband asked for something for her for pain and to keep her calm until I got there. He basically told him I don't think it will do any good. I arrived and we had to have her put down. It was extremely traumatic and took two syringes. I spent money on the visit from the Friday which included her medicatio. $150 that I couldn't even give her because she was so sick, then $415 to put her down. I am sick over the whole damn situation because I feel her visit on that Fridat could have prevented her passing had we caught it early.

Service was ok. Nothing to write home about. Like the vet however. Rude comments were made by front office staff because we were early for our appointment. My husband suffers from PTSD AND OCD. WE CANNOT BE LATE. It sets him off. A little tact goes a long way.

Very caring and knowledgeable staff. My cat, Bebe, was somewhat feral, and needed to be spayed. I didn't know if I could catch her in time for her July 30 appointment, but they were very understanding of the situation and gave her dissolvable stiches so I wouldn't have to bring her back.They took very good care of her. She's doing great. I would highly recommend Olive Drive Animal Hospital.

I was a Dixie Fire evacuee..went in here cuz my family recommended..had nice conversation with gal at desk..she got all my info and promised to call..never heard from them..

Call for appointment. They come out to the car to pick up your patient. Treat them and return them to you after your patient is treated.

Fast not a long wait nice people great place i. Would take all my animals there no doubt on that

I had a.stray show up in my yard who needed to.be scanned and they did it for me no problem..think I will be establishing my cats with them

I will not take my dog anywhere else. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. They got me into see the Dr so quick and the wait time was unbelievably quick.

Dr. fixed the problem .The girls that work there always very nice & understanding great w/ my dog& wonderful w/ my kitties.Love that place, Trust them all w/ my babies.

y do appreciate any vet usually but i really didnt feel like they were any help at the end of the day when i needed help for a dog

I took my dog here for shots years ago. I don't recall problems other than rudeness. Lately I heard horror stories about this vet. I wouldn't take anything I care about to him.

I recently took an elderly dog there to be take heaven. They only have curbside service because of covid. The girls who greeted us were very kind.

Wonderful and fast service. My dads dog was sick and I took him and they were in and out in thirty minutes. Highly recommended. Photo was just being bored and taking photos while at the hospital.

Friendly staff and loved dr. Jensen work Fixing mr white are cat and added his feline shots thank you all.

My 16 yr. old chiweenie's mouth was in terrible shape due to bad teeth. I took him here and knew he would need dental surgery. I got the blood work done and Dr. said everything looked good for him to be put under anesthesia so I went ahead and had them do the surgery. They ended up pulling 22 of his teeth 1 week ago today. My lil dog is doing amazing now thanks to the Dr. and staff at Olive Drive Animal Hospital. Everyone here that I dealt with on at least 3 or 4 different visits were awesome. Also I was expecting a much higher bill. The prices were not bad at all. Thank you guys all so much for helping my lil dog, Oscar!!! - Chad Schwab

I had my dogs nails trimmed there,when he was returned to me ,I noticed his nails were bloody. I commented about this to the girl that brought him out to me ,and was told that dogs nails arre supposed to bleed when you trim them ,the girl said back to me oh yes they are supposed to need . That's why we put that yellow stuff on.i went on home and noticed my dog was walking like his feet really hurt .it's been four days since the trim,I decided to let the Doctors know that one of his charges was under the impression that dogs nails were supposed to bleed ,instead of reprimanding his employee he told me if I didn't like the way they did things I should take my business else where.

A great vet totally took care of our blind kitten.I would recommend them to any pet owners

Caring staff and good services. Very happy to have Dr Jensen and his staff caring for all our 4 legged family.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. Dr. Jensen is caring and just did surgery for neuter on my new Italian Greyhound boy. He was great at calling me and communicating and with the covid, I so appreciated that. Also I do believe he is the least expensive to other vets, Who seem to Put the Benjamin above the Love and Care of Your Sweets. I Like Him. Forgive however, whoever the one receptionist is. She is the one less star.

GOOD PRICE NOT LIKE THE REST I RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL GREAT PEOPLE

Only thing I don’t like is they don’t neuter rats other then that they are awesome ⭐️

Great veterinarian and the staff is very nice

Never again. My dog had liver cancer and doctor said she just needed her teeth pulled. BAH said he would have killed her if he put her under for teeth cleaning and extractions. She's now buried in our back yard. AND THE DARK HAIR GIRL IS AWEFUL! SO RUDE AND NO COMPATION WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot give a real review. Staff is nice.

While visiting Bakersfield my dog needed help. Olive drive animal hospital was fantastic, got her meds and at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much.
