They trimmed our dog's nails a year ago call them three weeks ago never called back kind of sucks because we are repeat customers and they say they're not taking new customers they just lost a business

Lori has been taking care of my cats and dogs for well over a year now. She is amazing! One of my cats is pretty difficult to handle and she does it well EVERY TIME! She is sweet, professional, and quick. I also love that she is mobile and comes to me!

I’m 100% pleased with the grooming on my two fur babies! They returned my phone call with in a few hours of me calling them! Both of our fur babies where calm and truly was happy when they came back into the house, not stressed at all. Actually my poodle walked right into the van and he never does that. Did not show up to appointment they scheduled with me. Did not return my call after I called to see if they were going to show up. Messed up my schedule waiting on them. Unprofessional altogether. I'm unable to reply to your response so I'm editing my original complaint. I have two calls to your number listed here (978-4965) as well as SIX texts providing details and you setting up the appointment phone # 565-2089.

OK I called too many times, ..Even left messages no answer and calling back.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating. I called, texted and no response for two weeks. I would say unprofessional.

This is so much better than dropping my dog off somewhere for up to 4 hours while he gets a bath and haircut. They come right to your house and it only took about an hour. They did a great job with my little guys haircut.

They do a awesome job for your pet.
