They are great with my senior dogs, very compassionate and informative when it comes to their care.

If i could put no stars i would thr staff here is a joke I have had there wellness plan fir 2 years and i called at 3 because my dog feel off the bed and was in pain and they denied him a visit because they close at 5 that just shows you how much they care there was at 2 hours befor they close i went to oswell banfield instead and they took him with no hesitation and made my baby feel better there nothing worse then haveing a pet in pain and to also have staff that font help or nor do they care even if you have a wellness with them for 2 years like wow

I love banfield for our choice in vet care. They are very attentive to my girls needs she has separation anxiety and every visit the take their time with her and ease her into her visit. She always comes home happy as can be and never seems out of order, stressed or otherwise. I receive detailed reports of her total care as well as a detailed reports of any issues, recommendations or advice and their wellness plan allows me to give my girl the proper care and check ups she needs without leaving us broke or putting a financial strain on us.

We brought 3 dogs in for 'service'. The staff were great, friendly.

We’ve taken our dog here for almost 14 years. After fighting and fighting, we had to make the horrible decision to put him down. This was especially hard for us, but the staff was supportive and kind through it all. Our Dr., Dr. Jacquie was the absolute best. She did all she could and helped us through every step. She truly cares for the pets she sees and it shows. We will forever appreciate her kindness and the rest of the team (too many to name). We will continue to bring our pets here.

Banfield needs more training on customer service.

I have taken my dog Hans here for 4 years. We are a member pay monthly for pet insurance.

ZERO stars!!!This vet is only about $money$ , horible money hungry vet w/o knowledge or at least they don't use their knowledge here!!! look elsewhere for honest animal loving vets!! unless You like WAISTING hard earned $$$Money and time...

Staff is very friendly, very efficent, and very informative of your pet's condition. After a long visit the staff packs up a little care bag with a medication (if your pet needed it) instructions, and a useful little item like a measuring cup, ribbon, and sometimes even some rare items like a flashlight you can attach to your dog's collar for night walks! Vets are very hospitable too. My dog had surgery and she was allowed to take this super cute blanket home with her that she slept with while waiting to be picked up. All around a great experience each visit.

Best place to take any pet. I brought my puppy there years ago when he was hit by a car and sadly he didn't survive but they took care of him for us and even shaved off some of his hair for us to keep. Just recently my girl fur baby was not sounding well and had been sick for a few days so we brought her in to be seen and unfortunately they told us that even if they kept her, treated her, and made her better that they couldn't guarantee that things would be ok (she had heart problems and chest congestion), We ended up having to put her down ???? . They were very gentle with her and the staff was very kind and loving. They brought us into a private room for a consultation and allowed us to contemplate what we wanted to do with my baby. They gave us time alone to talk things over and to be with Lady whether it was to be our last moments with her or if we were going to take her home. When we finally decided, they took care of all the paperwork and all the final necessities and made us know that she was in good loving hands. Some days passed and in the mail we recieved a very special letter in the mail, it was a condolence card from the hospital. Not just signed, but also with a written personal message to us about Lady. I truly love and appreciate this animal hospital and the whole caring staff.

We have been taking our puppy Flash to Bansfield for the last 6 months and couldnt be happier with the care and expertise of the Vet and staff. We get the same vet tech every time named Gabby and she is the sweetest with our puppy. They have gone above and beyond for our pup.I would definitely recommend the Banfield on Ming Ave to everyone they have great wellness plans and most importantly cost friendly . Thank you Banfield you guys are awsome.

Couldn't get services I needed for my little service dog who had earache and needed his rabies shot. I'm in Wheelchair and can barely get around

Terrible. 4 the 2nd time. This time, they didn't even have me down 4 my appt. for my 2 dogs, which i made personally AND they wouldn't accommodate me either, even when there were NO ONE ELSE WAITING TO BE SEEN!

Because they show that they care about my four-legged babies and they show compassion and concern for us as humans as well for our pets love love love them.

Majority of the staff are super helpful and recognize my fur babies whenever we walk in.
