I love the professional and great staff. Everyone was so very friendly. I would recommend this facility. My dog Mana wasn't skittish around them.they treated her like she was there own pet.

I can't say anything bad about this place. Fair price for great service.

They are GREAT!! I brought my 15 year old cat in for Chronic Rhinisitis & Dr. Utt was so kind & caring. I believe we finally found a good vet here in Bakersfield.

I am very grateful to Dr. Utt and all the staff for working me in today. My puppy had an injury to her paw and even though they weren’t taking walk-ins today they were so kind, professional and worked quickly to get us in and out. I can not thank them enough!! I highly recommend them!!

Wonderful, caring place. My pup loves everyone there. Recently had her spayed there and everything went fine. I can recommend this place without reservations.

They over book ,plan on waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and in a hot room for 45 minutes other than that the vets are fine

My zummie has been going there since he was born, they are check everything on him. they have always been good to my fur baby. $50 for visit which is great compared to other vets.

Dr. Utt was the best there no one that can be as nice has she is the best and really loves the animal too. She seen furbear and made her feel so much better thanks again and so much

Dr. Utt is compassionate and very experienced.

Our pitbull actually loves this vet and is always so happy to see the techs when they come to get her. The doctor is always very informative and answers all of our questions. Because of Covid, they have you wait in your car and the doctor calls you when they see your pet.

Awesome, caring doctors and staff. I wouldn't have my service dog seen by anyone else.

Great doctor but workers are incompetent. I took in my dog for test. She had stones in her bladder. They didn't charge me for my first day visit. The total was $311. They said they would charge me the next day. They also gave me the quote for surgery which was $780. The quote was for everything. I asked even for medicine? She said yes. They made me sign the quote and said they would charge me for my first day visit the next day after surgery. All went well and when I was billed the total came out to $1300+. $311+$780=$1091. Plus tax at a hefty rate of 10%(it's actually 8.25) That's $1200. Easily overcharged $100. When I asked for separate bills they gave me some BS story of that they couldn't separate them. So I couldn't compare apples to apples. It's a shame because doctor is great and most staff are too. Just some bad apples in billing and reception.

I really wanted to write a review for this place. A few month ago my cat got attacked by a stay dog and I brought my cat here. I was devastated thinking my cat might not make it. The team was rather reserved but I only cared about my cat being saved and the vet was AMAZING. She was so sweet and helpful, comforting and suggested treatments that made sense. The price of it all was very affordable compared to other vets in this area. My cat made a full recovery and I will take my pets here now.

They care for my furbabies as much as i do! Great customer service. Clean facility. Courteous Staff. AAH is 5 Stars+. It does get busy busy so wait times exist but they paid attention to my concerns. Thank you for saving my little Luna! Parvo was caught right on time????♥

Dr. Utt and staff are AMAZING!!! We had been going to a different vet for years. When Coffee Road Animal Hospital gave up on our 14 year old dog Spike and said he was probably at end of life and we should think about putting him down we decided to go to Auburn Animal Hospital for a second opinion. Dr. Utt took him in right away as he only weighed 4lbs and was just skin and bones...we couldn't get him to eat anything and knew something was wrong with his teeth (other vet said nothing wrong with his teeth). She immediately did dental xrays and found 8 roots from teeth that had been pulled and not taken out correctly and some other teeth that needed to be pulled. That day she went in and removed all of the roots that were causing him pain and put him on a liquid diet. He is now eating and has gained all of his weight back...he is a happy dog once again! Thank you so much Dr. Utt and staff for caring about our little Spike ❤
