I've been to 3 Incredible Pets, they hire great people. Kathleen in the Grass Valley store is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

I have had a rough few weeks getting my new fish tank up and running. The staff have been so kind and Knowledgeable. Also, they have taken the time to explain and teach me what I need to know and they've been happy to do so. I really appreciate their help.

Used to love this place. They will not allow you to bath your dog if it has been sprayed by a skunk within the last 30 days!! That's the main reason the dog needs a bath!!!

I only shop here for the single packaged aqueon filter pads but if course I check out the animals in a pet store. The last time I visited was disgusting. Animals were crammed into small spaces with other cages available and the fish had noticable diseases. It was very uncomfortable in the pet area. I usually stay away from that room when I shop here.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is stocked with everything you need and want for your pets. Prices are very good ????

I really like the customer service here every single employee that worked here asked if I was doing ok, if I needed any help, what I was looking for. I was just in the store to keep cool with my kitty while waiting for my appointment with the vet clinic. I’m definitely gonna shop here next time for supplies.

A very resourceful pet friendly store. Always usually fully stocked with every pet essential that you need. Nicely priced and would recommend.

Great pet store. Recently wanted to by a bird. Sean was incredibly helpful and even came in on his day off to make it happen. Above and beyond the call.

Good store but it looks a bit tattered. The young lady was very determined to be helpful and definitely engaging. I prefer the Grass Valley store but this was accommodating

The service is ok. Went in to buy some goldfish ( but for the second time) they didn't have any. The first time they didn't have any, but said to come back in a couple days and they would. That didn't happen! I don't feel that the employees have any good knowledge of what they are selling. Especially the gal that works there ????????. I wonder if there are any other pet stores in the Auburn area?
