Nice vets and staff. They are open on Saturdays which is a huge plus for working pet owners. They can get very busy and have long wait times, especially 8f they've fit you into a full appointment day or fir late afternoonappointments. They give you the choice to wait in your car or in their waiting room. You get to take your pets in to see the veterinarians in person, which is awesome!

Love this hospital. When my regular vet could not get her in they did. They kept me informed during my dogs anesthesia and even wrote a personalized page for my records. I felt like family and I love their caring staff. Thank you Prinary Care Animal Hospital!!! ????

They got our boy, Peanut, in very quickly, and were all very kind, understanding and patient. The Dr. took time to explain everything to me and answered all of my (100) questions. Highly recommend them!!!!

This is a great place for animal care on Hwy 101 in Arroyo Grande. I often speak to Jasmine & she sounds extremely professional on the phone. Not hurried or put out like some vet's offices. Can' t say what the inside office is like since the virus. Sitting outside waiting for my pet the number of clients were substantial. Lots of parking in the back as you come upon this business quickly you see only possible parking in front but to my relief more parking in the back. The vet tech today was also extremely courteous and seemed to enjoy her work. Was very gentle with my 10 yr old chi. Absolutely would recommend this office.

My friend recommended Dr. Lewis to me when I needed a vet for my dog who had a very serious skin condition. Everyone was so caring. Dr. Lewis treated Beau and within a matter of a few week's his skin is clear and he's doing great.

Staff is friendly and they don't oversell or pressure you to buy expensive tests or supplements. They treat your pet the way they'd treat their own dog or cat.

Love this vet, always take care of my pets and their best interests!

A kind and special vet dr and office.

When we adopted our cat, Georgie, we were warned that she HATES going to the vet. They were right. Having recently moved to Nipomo we needed to establish Georgie with a vet, but we were dreading it. Happily we found Dr. Katherine Bennett. She was amazing with Georgie, no trauma at all. Dr. Bennett took her time to give Georgie a thorough check-up, answer our questions, and suggest easy ways to follow-up on our minor health concerns. I have never seen a vet who was better at handling a cat and I've been to several over the years. We are delighted to have found Primary Care Animal Hospital.

Dr Cody Lewis is awesome with my 3 dogs! My husband and I love him too! The staff is always friendly and prices are the best we've found. Couldn't be happier.

I had to have my baby girl, Sprinkles, put down last week. The whole staff was so very helpful during this difficult time. They made a very sad event more bearable. Sprinkles was 17 and lived a very good life.
