Excellent care for our new puppy, easy to schedule and knowledgeable staff!

We love Dr. Martin our Vet. We have tried other very fine vets in Santa Cruz County and yet we consistently return to Aptos Creekside. During Covid19 pandemic they have taken great care of our pets and of us.

I would have given them top marks for vet, staff and overall experience, except on my FIRST visit, they entered my dog's weight as 20# (she's only 13 pounds) and if I hadn't caught it on a prescription, she would have been OVERDOSED.

Creekside got my dog in very quickly. He was done quickly, and they were very professional. Wear your mask. Call when you arrive.

My wife brought our dog in and was very pleased with the facility and everyone she met. We will be back!

After your pet is admitted in a timely way, your vet always comes out curbside to engage and report your pet’s diagnosis and care. Bottom line: extremely professional, organized and most importantly, truly caring about your precious pet which also means caring about you! 5 stars!!

My dog was limping on his front rt leg. I told them this and they diagnosed and X-rayed his back rt leg. They told me he had a partial ligament tear and if he did not get better then surgery mite be an option. I found out about the mis diagnosis only when he came back for an annual check up a year later. He recovered with joint supplements and no jumping and moderate exercise. . The manager of the hospital and the vets who were complicit in this stupendous mistake took no responsibility whatsoever. I will not use their services again and am grateful that my dog recovered.

We have been taking our cat family members to Aptos-Creekside for over 20 years. They provide excellent veterinary care. Dr. Wilson is one of my favorite vets. She takes the time to explain complex medical information in a caring, personable manner.

Caring and friendly staff; caring and knowledgeable veterinarian (Dr. Blom); kindly and helpful telephone reception; and good follow-up service. I’m not sure what else to say, other than sometimes it’s a toss-up for my husband & I as to who we love more, each other or the cat (chuckle), so we wouldn’t just take him anywhere. We very much appreciate the service they have offered him, and us.

The front office staff are so friendly and efficient ! They do a wonderful job setting up appointments and making sure the doctor knows all of my concerns before we come in. My pet loves his visits to Aptos Creekside- his tail is always wagging when we pull into the parking lot!

It's important to get vaccinated especially if you like to play in mud puddles like me ???? The people are nice too.

Great service and communication. I was able to make a Saturday appointment very easily and they had excellent COVID protection procedures in place. Even with the safety procedures in place, I received excellent customer service and was able to speak directly with the Vet. High marks all around.

During COVID times, while my girls (my two dogs) are lead into the vet, it shows how amazing they are with them, that when one goes inside, the other is super jealous and dances around until it's her turn. The staff is responsive, wonderful, warm, and are very good at putting even the most helicopter of dog Mommy at ease.
