This company sucks. I received a pair of gloves that were ordered from them through a gift exchange. They were too small, so I contacted the company to exchange them. I was told to put them back into the package, write "refused" on it and take it to the post office. They also charge a $5.95 "repackaging cost". The gloves were fake suede, overpriced at $24, and I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place. I could just send them back, (but it would take less effort to throw them away) or pay $5.95 for gloves that I really don't want. Edit: So I sent the gloves back. A month later I had not heard anything, so I called. After a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to convince the person who answered the phone that I had indeed sent them back I was finally able to talk to the owner, Gail Nunn. She also told me that she didn't have any record of receiveing the gloves, perhaps it was another company of the same name. (Yeah , right) Luckily I had the cancelled check. At that point she couldn't deny it, so she sent me another pair, but I had requested a Mens' size, but they sent Womens', which were still too small. I called them and asked whether I could just choose something else on the site of similar value, but they refused. Elise, with whom I spoke, told me that they could only refund the original purchaser. Since it was purchased on a Facebook gift exchange, I didn't know the person who bought them, but Elise told me that she would talk to the purchaser. I called them back tonight, finally talking with the owner. She told me that they had refunded the purchaser, but had not talked to her. So the purchaser would get the refund, but would not know why. Then she hung up on me. When I tried to call back I got a generic answering machine message. This company is unbelievably unprofessional. They try to avoid paying return postage by telling customers to write "refused" on the opened package. This is fraud. Not surprising. I have contacted Amazon and filed a complaint against My Hooves and Paws. I would suggest that others do the same. Companies such as this one should not be allowed to do business on Amazon.

So pleased with the helmet that we received for my granddaughter’s birthday. I can’t wait to see her reaction when she opens her present. Wonderful quality, and a great company to work with. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Runs out of dog food that I buy all the time. Also does not carry medium size bags. Only small and large.

Placed 2 separate orders. both refunded after 1 month. no explanation for one of them and 1 email pretended the item was damaged

Just here to say the same thing everyone else has. We ordered off of Amazon and were given an arrival date. Arrival date came and went out tracking into usps site directly and it was showing as it hadn’t even made it to the post office. Contacted the company through amazon and got word for word almost what everyone over the last two years has gotten from them. Thankfully I read the reviews and instead of waiting further for an item that probably wouldn’t have come we canceled the order and Amazon refunded us our money. I’m surprised Amazon still uses them as a third party seller considering they’ve been scamming people for this long.

The worst experience I have had on Amazon! They charged me $52 shipping on a $35 order without making it clear, I didn’t see the charge until the order was complete and then they said it was too late to cancel. This has ruined my entire Amazon experience!

Bought an item off of Amazon on March 2nd. The next day it posted as "shipped" but they had just printed a label and didn't actually send it out til 13 days later. Tried to contact them with no response. Missed my wife's birthday by 10 days because of this.... thanks a lot. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I actually did receive the item unlike others that have posted here. The internet is huge... buy somewhere else

I have ordered some tack and jeans on April 10, 2020. I have yet to receive any part of my order. I have called and left several messages along with multiple emails with no reply. When looking up the status of my order on the website it says “shipped “ yet when you try to track it , it says label created. I warn anyone wanting to purchase from Hooves and Paws to think twice , they will gladly take your money, but good luck getting what you order!!!

I ordered from this company on June 3rd, 2020. After weeks of waiting for a delivery I called and was told by the “Manager” Sharon or Shari that she has no control over USPS - that she created a label and it’s up to them when they pick up and deliver. I thought that was a very odd response but asked her to look into it and re-ship because I have a very disappointed granddaughter. She assured me I would have delivery the week after the Fourth of July holiday. On July 17th I called and again spoke to the “Manager” Sharon or Shari who again blamed the United States Postal Service and went on to blame the Vendor Breyer Horse Co. stating the product was on backorder with no eta for delivery. There was no follow up to insure I received delivery after the first mishap and her response was “do you know how many calls I get?” I asked if all those calls were dissatisfied customers because those are the ones she should focus on to insure they were taken care of and she had no response. I asked her to refund me and immediately went to Amazon.com and reordered the Horse on July 17th and my granddaughter received it on July 19th directly from Amazon. This company Is mismanaged and provides false information to cover for their lack of control over their orders shipments and deliveries. I would not recommend them not only because they failed to ship the product but their lack of ownership and follow up when they make a mistake.

Always a great experience. Everyone is very helpful and professional. No condensending attitudes. Been going there since 2002. Peal and her daughter Gail are the best. If they don't have it, they will find it for you. I reccomend them very highly!

This is the second time I ordered from them and decided to give them a second chance as I had no other choice this time since my horse needed these specific XL boots that were hard to find and this is the second time they had taken my money and "lost the shipment and tracking info" I will never deal with them again especially this happening for the second time in a row. I ended up having to get my money refunded through Amazon as I ordered these boots two weeks ago! My previous order from last year took almost a solid month to come in after having to call Amazon twice about them losing my package and tracking info but never reshipping my order. I finally got my package but wasn't what I originally ordered!
