Banfield was great. Got gypsy in same day today called. She was having. Stomach issues. Changed diet. She feeling better . Remember you should do wellness check get your fur pet in there system before you need I did 3 months ago our two pups . Great service.

Dr. Chen and his staff were amazing. I called all over the high desert last Saturday trying to get an appointment for our dog that was sick throughout the night, everywhere we called was booked, her regular Dr.. Was out of town, we were so worried we wouldn’t be able to get her care. When I called Banfield they were able to get her in within the hour. We had no idea how close they were, and located in our local Petsmart for that matter. I was even a few minutes late for the appointment due to transportation issues but they still took her in. Shortly after we dropped her off we were called with a possible diagnosis via the exam but needed further testing, when the results came back we were promptly called again. She was sent home with medication and a low fat diet and is doing great. They made a follow up call on Monday to see how she was doing. We are so impressed with the quality of care from Dr. Chen and staff, we can’t thank you enough for taking care of our Penny. You are truly a Godsend.

The girl I just talked to must be new to Banfield. Rude and does not know anything about questions I asked about fixing my female 10lb dog. I'll find else where to go.

Seems like they would rather a pet suffer then anything im sorry to say but maybe 10 minutes max to put down an animal then to suffer

Pretty upset after taking one of our cats here. We explained multiple times that we just adopted a new cat (from petsmart) that seemed to be sick and took our older cat in to be checked out as they were all experiencing signs of an upper respiratory infection after he was introduced. They determined it was stress and sent her home that afternoon. We are pretty good at knowing their patterns/ behaviors and they didn’t even take into consideration what we had told them, it’s also not the first time we have introduced a new pet to these two cats. We still attempted their recommendation and bought a calming diffuser, cleared out their room of any clutter to give them more room even took the dog out of that room for them to relax. A week later and they are all not getting any better but worse. Now they have mucus, sneezing and swollen eyes, no energy and mucus in their stool. All getting along but it’s “stress”. I would never take my pets here again they seem to not know how to diagnose pet issues, it’s a pretty costly mistake as now I need to treat three instead of two cats.

The staff is friendly, & the Veterinarian's are too. They go above & beyond to make sure your pet is getting the best treatment possible. I absolutely love the staff here.

The Dr. Was very good found out what was wrong with him only I had to put him down ????????????

I was very happy at how they kept me informed. Just wish my cat could have had the injection antibiotic instead of the one we have to try to get down her.

Excellent pet hospital. I was in need of a veterinarian early Saturday morning and I went to 3 places and nobody said they take walknins until I brought my dog into Banfield and they were so amazing and helpful and said yes that they would see my dog. Thank you again Banfield.

Called twice for appt & got machine. No call back. Went elsewhere.

I really liked this place. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait! How great is that in times like this! Good, accurate medical advice and treatment, as well as they follow up with a call after a week. I used to go to Bear Valley Animal Hospital. NO MORE!!
