Ive never seen a dog so happy to go to a Vet ???? My Siberian Husky ( Indy) loves all the staff and gets so excited to see them . They are the best

My dog is a walking allergy he wasn’t acting right I was able to call and get in right away everyone was super nice and rather than spend a bunch of my money they explain to me he was just having a reaction to something but was getting over it and to just monitor him after our appointment we were given a goodie bag would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future

Very kind and caring. They have VERY reasonable prices. Due to Covid-19 I wasnt able to stay with my kitty. No appointment necessary....first come, first serve.

Great customer service. Had to have a animal put down after an accident and they made this process as easy as possible and showed a large amount of compassion.

The staff is always nice and polite, the care they give my animals is exceptional! We have been going to them for over 13 years and we have not had any issues with them. The vets they have there are wonderful, and very knowledgeable about our issues we had at the time of the visit. Even during covid-19 they have found ways to make the visit and treatment easy and calming for both humans and animals. I'm very happy with the services that we get from them. I would refer people there for the care of their animals. The cost is normal like any other vet but they have payment plans so it's easier for us. If you have an animal and it needs a check up please go to vca gateway animal hospital in Anderson. They will take care of your animal. Best place I think for animal care.

Dr Betsy is amazing. I took my sweet boy Rocco to her for a second opinion related to issues with allergies and his feet and she took a ton of time to review his case and give me advice and even a new topical med (no one suggested in 3 yrs) that has helped a TON. Gateway has helped with all 3 of our animals when illnesses came up and our reg vet had a 2 week wait. The office staff are very pleasant and helpful. As a medical professional I decided to move all our animals to VCA Gateway and Dr Betsy where they treat your animals like a family member.

Very professional and friendly when I had to have my cats medical procedures taken care of, and getting him MicroChipped was quick and took only but a few minutes out of my day.

After experiencing the death of our shepherd, Deacon, who died after a DIFFERENT Anderson vet clinic somehow actually severed enough vessels during his neuter that he died 2 days later after 48 hours of intense suffering....but I digress...this is where I will always place the life of my furry children into the hands of. You can tell that they hire people who truly understand and love these animals you bring in. My heeler was deemed dangerous by another vet and I came in telling them he needed to be muzzled. Heeeeeellllll no says Paul. Right off my furry child accepted these people and he doesn't even accept half my extended family lol. He bit the last vet. Why? Because they walked in and just came at him with the heart thing and didn't even give my kid enough time to judge if they were safe. Gateway is different. It's so clean by the way. But all hail Paul...he came in and said no way to a muzzle. He took so much time...so much...thank you paul...he took the time. They care. They literally literally give a damn. I'll drive the distance to keep them. I highly recommend you give them a try. This is the place to go for medical care. Period.

All of dogs have had the best treatment up there Both of our Sharpeis lived 10 years. Now we have a wonderful new different breed and have nothing to worry about with VCA!!!!! THANKS

These guys made short work of getting Denver the cat all fixed up. These guys are top notch. Gave us great service, and practical advice. Would ighly recommend them.

They were great really my dog loved them they were so sweet with him

We are from out of town and our dog was showing signs of yet another ear infection. We brought him here so my boy didn't have to suffer another week before seeing our regular vet. Turns out our regular vet has been misdiagnosing our dog, he actually had ear mites! The vet was so kind at VCA. They took video of the mites so I could show my vet and made a solution to treat my 4 other dogs so I wouldn't have to bring them all to see a vet! I'm so glad they found the problem and fixed my babies up :-) highly recommend VCA!!

Gateway was awesome as always. My dog needed a shot, called from outside and they came and got her, took her in for the shot and brought her right back to me. 10 minutes start to finish! Jeanette was very nice and my dog loves her!

Pet's personality worsened wanting to stay outside at night after coming home when it got dark
