Make sure you give them your information and phone number and use it every time you go there because if you try to return it they can't look you up in the system and if you don't have the receipt you're out of luck. I purchased a set of doggy steps for a family member and when I tried to take them back I didn't have the receipt and they said tough luck.

They have a good selection of canned cat food. Prices are higher than pet smart.

Friendly and caring staff. I felt comfortable leaving my dog for a grooming. My dogs bath and cut was great. I will definitely go back.

Tried to return an item that my wife had purchased for her mother and she didn't like it I went to take it back and they said that because we didn't have an account with him that our phone number wouldn't function they would not return it unless we had the original receipt I have purchased food bones and toys for dogs for a long time and I always give my phone number apparently my phone number doesn't work and they never ever told me that it wasn't working. I will never do business with them again.!!!!

Limited staff not the most experienced, or knowledgeable. Was able to pick up a couple nice fish and one with some kind of infection that's now infected an entire aquarium. Staff was polite.

I love this petco. They always have what I'm looking for and they're always in stock with what I need. I took my dog for the first time to this Petco for her haircut. They did a good job and they got me in fairly quickly. The price is reasonable although I have been to my vets grooming and they were about $10 cheaper than Petco, but in all fairness, Petco does add on the little spa like treatments for the dogs, for example they buff out the nails and not just cut them, and they brush your teeth and supposedly use better shampoo, whatever that means. The groomers are very pleasant and cheerful and they are wide open to be viewed by everybody. I watched them before I booked it and they treated all the dogs very nicely. That's very important to me.

This is my go to PetCo I drive all the way from Santa Ana to this location they have the best deals. Always find awesome stuff here. My French bulldog enjoys roaming the store.

We brought our little Shih Tzu for some much needed grooming and the woman who assisted us, was the Best. We highly recommend Petco of Anaheim Hills.
