My wife and I have a new puppy and we chose Pet Supply Warehouse for our pup's food, toys, accessories and crate. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helped guide us in the right direction. We like that Pet Supply Warehouse has a nice selection of super healthy foods from small businesses that you do not find at the big box retailers. Moreover, the customer service from each sales associate who has helped us is tip-top - they are well-informed about all-things-puppy!

These guys are great! I love their food, treats and toys. Only bummer is they close so early on the weekends and I work the weekends but once you know the schedule you can plan ahead. Archie says it’s his favorite place to go! ????

The owners son was very rude to me. I was a great customer for years. They shipped dog food from another store, I went to pick it up and he wouldnt give me the promotion that was promised.. He completley acted like a snowflake he was wrong with the way he handled the situation. I'm not going to purchase products from a store that treated me the way I was treated. I go to Yorba Linda Feed now. Very helpful, professional and always has great sales.

If they don't have a product they are able to Get the product in a timely fashion They're extremely helpful They have wonderful customer service

Fair prices, an incentive program, and the best staff

A lot of food selection for your cats and dogs. More upscaled and healty food. Less in the department of toys and grooming. Mom & Pop type of operation which keeps the costs a bit higher. But they also carry lots of local products.

You'll find healthier pet food and treat options here. Harder to find items and brands are carried by this store such as Nutrisource and Pure Vida. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Any product requests are taken seriously. They have even put items on hold for me if I call ahead.

We have repeating order. They are always on time and call us yo let us know it has arrived. The company they order from had warehouse problems and Pet Supply Warehouse went out of their way to make sure we received the food we needed in a timely manner.

Awesome service, very knowledgeable and professional staff. I have pets that need a specific diet which was difficult to get due uncontrollable conditions. Hunter went above and beyond to help me find a replacement. The store was very clean and they have a wide variety of food, treats and toys. The prices for the special food my pets need was right on target price wise.

Since the Manager, Maria left, products aren't being replenished, restocked, reordered on a timely manner, so I started buying the products elsewhere. It's a shame because I believe in small business and everyone there is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The disconnect is with the new management. I ordered a product and three weeks later I called and was told he hadn't ordered it. Not acceptable and bad business practice.

Today it ia hard to find a good selection of pet supplies. The quality is good foe the most part. I like a variety of supplies and the help seems to know their store.

I dig this spot. A little bit higher than some places but it is convenient and they will special order you items if they don't have it.

Per supply warehouse goes above and beyond for their customers. Customer service is excellent always helping you with any questions. Their prices are unbeatable and I always find Stella & Chew and the good treat for my baby Mylo. I love how they played godly songs and how each receipt reads as follows”We are continually blessed by you and your patronage” have to shared how at one time my debit card didn’t go through for my purchase they gather food samples and extra goodies for my baby Mylo, for ever thankful and will always have our pawsbiz????????❤️
