All they care about is money, not your pets. My family dog had a bad skin condition for almost a year, and they were charging us for all of these tests, shots, etc to no avail! Then they took forever to send out the dang results for all the tests we had to pay for. We took him to a different pet clinic, and they figured out what was wrong with him in ONE VISIT, and he’s a much happier puppy! Imagine that - once we LEFT and went somewhere else, he got better.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Dr. Lee and his staff, Wendy, are amazing. We brought our Princess and Doby here for their health check and vaccine annually. We have currently welcomed home a new Maltipoo, Bingo, and she will be seeing Dr. Lee and his staff this Saturday for her affordable puppy package. Strongly recommend.

Doctor has no respect for animals and honestly should not have a license to practice. Found out recently he is even on the blacklist for vets meaning his practices are not considered safe or healthy. Please take your pets anywhere else!

DO NOT GET YOUR DOGS EARS CROPPED HERE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING! Brought my Cane Corso puppy here for ear cropping. The vet cropped them to long and didnt bother to tape them up correctly so the tape was off before she got home. If you know about ear cropping you know the tape job is one of the most important steps. This vet has no business doing proceedures that hes not skilled enough to do.

I have only had great experiences with this veterinarian. Dr. Lee always tries to provide the best care for my little dog while still being mindful of my budget. I've shopped around and the prices at Family Pet Clinic are competitive with others in the area. The front office staff is wonderful as well. Diana in particular is just so great to work with. She's professional, smart, thorough and just very kind. You can tell they all love animals and I feel so good entrusting them with my pets.

This clinic is especially good with dog dental work. Top notch service and expert advice. I've taken my dog for cleaning and extractions. They've done a professional and efficient job.

Go see Doc Lee he is great and I love the staff they’re always so helpful whether I call asking questions or requesting records. I have been late and early before and still had no problem accommodating me which is so appreciated with a hectic schedule realizing things happen. On Saturdays they offer a shot clinic and vaccinations are performed at a lower rate than throughout the week.

This place is very unprofessional. I requested records and they told me they would send those immediately. I called the next day and they said the doctor was not in until two days later and would email them to me first thing in the morning. I called on the day they were supposed send me the records (7 times) every time they had an excuse. We stopped going there for their lack of professionalism.

My dog, Happy, has gotten anterior cruciate ligament injury, and she could not walk properly on her remaining three legs. So, my mom and I decided to take her to this clinic, which was our long-time favorite. There, they gave Happy a proper examination, and the price was very reasonable since it was mending the leg muscles back together. The nurses and the doctor was very friendly, and they calmly told my mom and me that it would all be okay, Happy would be herself in a few months after the surgery. Thank you!

This man killed my dog! Took her in for a routine operation. To be spayed. He forgot to tie the knot and she bleed to death. He his office tryed to cover it up saying it was my fault for not paying for blood test and that she was allergic to antistatic. I had a necropolis determined couse of death. She bleed to death. I couldn't believe it. I sued him for neglect and animal abuse. He does have a black mark in the better business and vet medical board. So if you think your animals are safe with him think again.

Today I took my mini schnauzer in for a rabies vaccination and a groom. My roommate picked her up for me and I arrived home just after her. When I went to pet her, she cowered to the floor, stuck her tail between her legs, yelped and acted like I was going to strike her. She then ran under my bed to hide. I have had this dog since she was a couple months old. She has never been abused and is a very pampered and worshiped dog in our household. I tried to get her out from under our bed and she ran from side to side hiding. When we finally got her to come out, I looked at her face to see what was wrong and I immediately noticed the whites of her eyes were dark red and blood colored. They were also glossy and she was not acting like herself at all. She was acting quite traumatized. I immediately called Family Pet Clinic and explained what I was seeing with my dog and the lady that answered said that did not sound normal and to bring her in to be seen by the vet. By that point, the groomer (Katrina Nevaro) had left for the day. After waiting to be seen the vet notified me that her eyes were full of blood due to the blood vessels in her eyes rupturing. He didn't comment further. Having many questions I asked what the cause of this could be during a groom. My dog is going on 7 and has been groomed hundreds of times and never have we experienced anything like this before. He pointed around his neck (he was Korean) and spoke broken English and mentioned something about pressure being applied around my dog's neck. However, he seemed to not be alarmed by this in the slightest. I on the other hand felt like I was in the Twilight Zone because I was obviously distraught that my dog had something happen to her while not in my care that caused this and no one there knew what the groomer did. After doing some research with other expert groomers and veterinarians I learned that blood in the eyes comes from extreme stress, pressure, blunt force trauma or injury or some other sickness like cancer which my dog has never had any prior symptoms from. Every professional I have spoken with believes something is VERY WRONG here and I have not researched how to handle this yet. I can tell you that if you take your dog to get groomed at this Pet Clinic, this could happen to your pet. The vet did not seem to care or even apologize for this atrocity and I want people to know this happened so they can make an informed decision before bringing their animals here. Beware.

Got a second opinion on an ear infection for my pet. Benjamin lee is amazing! Very hands on and actually drew me a picture of what was going on with my dog while explaining on detail why . He also showed me how to properly clean her ears and did a full cleaning himself. After a previous quote of $200 for the same products my totally visit was only $37 at family pet clinic. The receptionist was also very hands on and checkin out my concerns before the doctor came in. I am so happy and would recommended them to everyone who has a pet! Also the first visit is free!!
