Petfav is the first place I’ve taken my dog, where she’s happy to going in and coming out. Cherri used to shake and be afraid but here she’s so happy. They also do such an amazing job, from the designer cut, to making sure she’s shiny and fluffy to filing her nails and making her teeth sparkle. Nothing is more important than my dogs happiness and health (psychically and mentally) so Petfav is now our permanent grooming place. Seymour is a feral kitten, I adopted him from the Human society. Seymour wouldn’t let no one near him. Since the first time (several months) ago. Seymour allows them to clip his nails with out a problem. I was concerned he might hide for a few days as, he did when he went to vet. Seymour comes hone an continues with his routine. The staff seems always be very pleasant and courteous.

Initially I felt safe leaving my little senior dog with Petfav. However, we noticed she would shiver for several days after each appointment . After the second time, we concluded this was not just a coincidence. For several days after, she would tremble/shiver every time she thought she may be leaving the house. Unfortunately, this was not as positive for our dog as we had hoped. She has since been groomed with another groomer and no shivers at all after her grooming appointments. I think David (the person at the front desk) was great w/my dog as he calmed her when my dog arrived. However, the actual groomers may not have been as gentle? She’s a small dog, so they may be ok for larger dogs. Also, they don’t put ribbons on her hair, which other groomers usually do. I was fine with that if only I knew she was in great hands. Unfortunately it didn’t work out.

The staff at PetFav are so patient and friendly, and they treat our doggie with the best care! Our dog is anxious, overprotective and reactive to people and some dogs, and PetFav knows exactly how to handle our fur baby. They give him the cutest haircuts and he always smells like a baby. Very friendly service. My mini Doxie has trouble with new people he meets but the petfav team were very patient with him and before you know it gizmo was okay & happy. Also the grooming was excellent. My fur baby looks nice with his trimming and smells like vanilla. We loved it here! We’re definitely going back !

My dog has a nail with fungus at other groomers they don’t even bother to trim it. I bring him here and they fix all his nails right up! Also he’s a senior and they treat him well like one of their own

This is the second time I've bought Star here and service is always excellent. Star's coat is super soft and her hair cut is perfect. Exactly how I wanted it. We got the full service, coat treatment, and teeth cleaning. Thank you for being sweet to my baby. See you again next time.
