Daryl and his staff provide excellent service for pet grooming. Convenient location and workable hours. A sense that the groomers take pride in their work .

They were very nice to me and my pooch by squeezing us in for a cut. and did a good job.

If I could I would give this place Zero star. I took my dog for a full groomer when I picked her up she looked like a rat. She was soooo sad. I couldn't believe when I saw her. I asked Darel what happened to my dog? He replied to me: I don't know what happened to her. I said to him what you mean you don't know? I have sent you guys a picture so you could have an idea how I would like her hair to be. Darel was SUPER RUDE to me, very unprofessional. It was a night mare to see my dog the way she was. I don't want this experience to nobody. Its a heartbroken to see my dog the way she is.

Hard to schedule a cut but great service and owner.

Very rude on the phone. Said they don't groom "big dogs." I totally understand that. However, it seemed like an inconvenience that I was even asking about it. Wouldn't trust them with my dog...

Calm and quiet environment for dogs, since grooming in most parts are done unplugged ! A very professional master groomer.

I'm really happy that my pup is in the best hands here at Kutz!! He had an issue with getting his nails cut with the previous groomer, she swore she knew what she was doing and didn't. His nails are cut and filed everytime he has an appointment with no issues!! Gizmo comes back looking like a whole new puppy when asked how I would like his hair cut, this is our new home ????????

I used take my poodle here years ago. The service was great and the dog, an apricot poodle, was beautiful. The dog had attitude after going to the groomer as if to say don't touch me, i look and smell too good! We stopped going because the dog got hit by a car and died. Miss Mac so much.

Have been going there for a little over a year now with my Havanese and Cavalier/Coton mix. They come home looking SOOOO good! and they smell good too! They are inseparable at home and Darryl has the good sense to put them both in the same crate while they wait for me to come fetch them. Much less stressful for them. I didn't even have to request that... Darryl used to groom show dogs before starting his own business and my guys come home looking like they're ready for Westminster! Love it.

just brought my cocker spaniel home from our first grooming with darryl at kutz...they did a great job. we're new to the area so finding trustworthy to take care of your babies is always hard when relocating. tried the groomer at our vet (broadway pet hospital) ...way ovr priced and they did a terrible job. we get him shaved down...don't even get the breed cut which is more involved. gave them 2 tries and the missed both times. kutz for mutz did EXACTLY what we asked for and they cost less. very worth the drive to albany. also, when i picked gavin up they told me right away they'd nicked his paw when clipping his legs. he has really dry pads so it isn't hard to do ... i just like that they were SO honest about it and didn't wait for us to see it. they just owned it...and it's inevitable since he can squirm. i am pleased and they definitely have a new regular mut.
