Very helpful little special hole in the wall. Not only could they sell me chicken feeders, they provided good advice about what kind of wood flakes to use to be safe inside a coop.

Alpha Pet Supply is our go to pet store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and know their products really well. We have turned to them for advice on the best foods for elderly and sick pets and it was clear they had a good acting knowledge of the nutritional value and appropriateness of various products depending on situation. By far the best pet supply store in the bay! Vicki, Tina and Chris have decades of experience in the pet business and can really give great advice about what products will work. Sometimes, they can even save you a trip to the vet! Their store focuses on high quality, organic, animal-cruelty free products. With a parking lot for easy and fast service, what more could you ask for?!

Helpful friendly staff. They had what I needed

These folks run a small but very organized and very well equipped little shop. They might not have an automated pet tag maker that engraves a new tag while you wait, but their customer service puts the larger chain stores to shame. The prices are better on average as well. Parking has never been an issue so long as you know how to find them......just turn off of San Pablo BEFORE the Round Table Pizza sign and you're golden. I most recently purchased a few bags of interesting and well-sourced dog treats that I'm sure I've never seen anywhere else. Which is what helped break up the monotony for a picky eater. They also have a frequent shopper card that is another enticement. I'll be back for more....

Nice store with lots of supply, great staff.

Very helpful staff and a great selection of supplies for common pets. Antlers, beds, bones, cans, kibbles, chews, cleaners, treatments, towers, and tips. It's like a big box store concentrated into a normal sized shop with a staff that tries hard to understand your needs and help you choose products for your pet. Easy parking too.
