I've been bringing my old Golden to Edgar for about 2 years. She actually LOOKS FORWARD to getting groomed!!!! He and all the staff are very gentle with the dogs and I am really happy I found him.

I have now been here twice because they do a fantastic job with my Aussie. I usually ask for a trim and many places mess it up. Not Swaggs! My little boy always comes back looking handsome and smelling amazing. Excellent Covid protocol as well.

Just dropped off my 16week old puppy at Swaggs. I swear it was like dropping off my kid for her first day of preschool! I was super nervous for my girl. I may have been acting a bit extra, but she’s my new baby!! I could not have felt more comfortable once I met Edgar! He assured me that she would be in wonderful hands, answered allllllll my questions and loved on my pup. I didn’t feel rushed and I left feeling confident that I picked the right spot for her. When I picked her up she was so happy and fluffy. She actually laid on the floor while I paid. She wasn’t in a hurry to leave at all!! He’s her new buddy and we left being customers for life. This is the best pet grooming spa I have ever used.

Love everybody I've met here and my small rescue dog never acts unhappy after being bathed and groomed there. And she looks nice and smells good afterward.

Best groomers around! Edgar and his team do the best job and always take such great care of my dogs. The shop looks so nice and is always clean.

Pet parents beware! You may not get the groomer you set your appointment for. I used the online appointment maker to set a time with Edgar, who has been cutting Penny's hair since she was 12 weeks old. KC called and said we needed to change time and day which I agreed to. I called her back and Edgar picked up so I asked him to confirm the he was still the groomer who was going to work with Penny. He said with the new day and time, it would be KC. I told him to cancel the appointment and I will reschedule with him on a later date. Miraculously, Edgar immediately said he can work on Penny so told me to bring her as planned. When I picked up Penny brought her home and saw her scooting on her bottom which was strange behavior for her. Then I noticed that her entire bottom and two inches up her tail had been shaved completely down to the skin, her tail looked nicked and her bottom was red, inflamed and some parts bleeding and chaffed. She would try to lick it and flench in pain. It was the saddest thing I had ever seen. Then it got worse, I texted Edgar asking if he had done this to Penny or if it was KC and he replied back that it was KC. When I questioned him on how this occurred when I unmistakably made the appointment with him and reconfirmed with him over the phone, all he said was he was sorry and it wouldn't happen again. Why would I trust him or his team to work with my puppy again? It's not like Penny could TELL me who cut her hair and I can't trust anyone there to be upfront either. For this reason, we will not be going back and I caution anyone who does.

Have been taking my dogs to Swaggs for awhile now and must say that I will never use another groomer for my pups. The quality of their products and services are always outstanding. My dogs will smell great for at least a week after being groomed and their fur is always so soft which tells me that they use high quality shampoos and conditioners. Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment as they are quite a popular salon in the Westlake Village area. Located in the TJ Maxx shopping center on the corner of Lindero Cyn and T.O. blvd.

We love Swaggs! Our wheaten terrier has been notoriously difficult to groom, but Swaggs has not had an issue! We’ve been 3 times now, and he’s always done in record time and looks so cute! Not to mention he always gets an A+ report card from the groomers. I also love that it is inside a vets office. Everyone there is wonderful, but it’s clear that Edgar knows his stuff. I won’t be taking my pup anywhere else!

We got our pups groomed at Swaggs Inc today and we couldn't be happier with their services. My dogs smell amazing and their coats are shiny. One of them got a haircut which was done perfectly. Super nice staff and my dogs seemed very comfortable there before and after. This is our new go to grooming spot. They provide a quality of service that is lacking at those larger corporate grooming spots. I highly recommend!

My daughter’s very sick cat stopped grooming herself due to feeling poorly and would not let anyone brush her as was our usual daily practice. In a matter of days her long hair started to mat. Once she was treated for her illness and cleared by her veterinarian for a cat bath, we took her to Swaggs. Edgar did a great job, and she really began to heal quickly and groom herself again.

Edgar did a great job on my dogs. The service is great here. He’s definitely the best in the business. I recommend this grooming salon if you’re in the area.
