Nva is a Horrible company! They own a clinic in Laredo, tx. Laredo animal clinic which I had a really bad experience at with their office manager who seems to be off her rocker. I called nva with hopes they would be able to resolve and mediate the situation and they did absolutely nothing!! They also take life to call back and actually do their job. No wonder their vet clients are in horrible shape as well.

Awful awful place beware and stay away!!! A routine check up turned into a nightmare of treatment plans after treatment plans - the bills were never ending - after the fourth visit and thousands of dollars later- i decided to go elsewhere and the new vet cautioned me to next time get a second opinion because 90% of the treatment and diagnostics this place provided for my pup were completely unnecessary!!! Beware and stay away from this scam “vet” - all they care about is money.

Since partnering with NVA, our veterinary hospital has continued to flourish. NVA has given our team wonderful resources to grow as employees and improve patient care for the pets we love. "Corporate" is a term used often as a negative, however, we see nothing but good things happening for our team and our customers.

I rate so low because this business does not care about anything but money. Not just their vet center, any business they own. I have worked for them for only a year now and they have yet to help us. They have inexperienced managers and bosses. Some of them have never stepped foot in a place that helps animals or manages animals until they got their job at NVA. They constantly harass us to make money for them but then tell us to cut our staffs hours because of labor costs. As long as the parents are bringing in some sort of profit they will constantly let aggressive animals into their facilities. They are all total liars when they call themselves animal lovers.

About a year ago Dr Rudd Nelson sold Bayview Animal Clinic to your company here in Ft Lauderdale FL I have been a client there for over 10 years with my Kayla, Luna, Caper and now Maple Sugar. Ever since you took control of the facility the service has gone down substantially. I personally know the, now fired, hospital administrator Marissa and know her managerial expertise and leadership abilities had NOTHING to do with the hospital's decline. all the Doctors I had professional and personal relationships with are gone due to your corporate policies. As I wrote above now that Marissa has been fired and I have heard others have quit I will be actively looking for a new hospital for my pets. THIS disturbs me to no end. I am very very angry and upset that your decision to fire a very smart, intelligent and more than competent hospital administrator and instill failing corporate policies to a place I have grown to love with cherished memories saddens me more than you will ever ever know.

Very poor experience with Maureen. I followed up in regards to my resume and she was extremely rude! I'm going to keep writing reviews until these companies learn how to treat candidates the right way.

I have been a customer for over a decade, with 6 dogs. Over the past couple years things have really gone downhill there. The Doctors are good, some of the front desk and most of the techs are the best. But this is a corporate vet operation and it is starting to show. I think this a management issue. I have tried to discuss my concerns with the manager, but she really seemed to carry a grudge against me and my puppies after that. It is sad really. I have had some many happy times (and few sad times too) with the staff there, I think I am going to look for a new vet if this doesn't improve.

I give this organization 0 stars due to lack of client compassionate care. However, I had to give one star to be able to publish review. It seems all this organization cares about is purchasing veterinary businesses for their bottom line which is greedy money. Per my local vet, the owner NVA doesn't set prices for services or even seem to know what the exorbitant charges are. Since they took over as new owner the prices have skyrocketed at Oley Valley Animal Clinic. I can guarantee this greedy owner and local vet clinic will lose many clients. I will certainly discourage everyone I know to not participate in any vet service that NVA owns. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

I've had the chance to work directly with a few of the management team members at NVA and I have been impressed by their dedication to service and continual improvement of their organization. Their hospital managers (I've only spoken with a few) all seem to enjoy being a part of NVA. Overall, my experience with NVA has been very positive.
