I could not be more disappointed with this place, I will not be taking my dog back there again. There was a multitude of problems with our visit. We have a 10 month old Basset Hound girl. First, we dropped her off in the morning at 8:30 am for a simple bath and nail trim. We asked if we should leave some of her food with them and they said no because it would not take that long. They said they would call us when she was done. We waited for 4 hours before deciding to call them back at 12:30 in the afternoon. When we called back, we asked if they knew how long it would be until she was done. The guy said “Oh I can cut HIS nails right now and HE will be out in 15 minutes.” It has already been 4 hours and my dog had no food or water or anything. Then, when we picked her up she was not clean. The inside of her ears had not been touched at all it looked like, they were still very dirty. Her nails did not look trimmed to the point where it was worth paying $28. All of this and they never even called us when she was done. We were the ones who had to call them every single time to figure out what was up. She got into our car practically dying of thirst/hunger. I understand places can get busy, however it makes me wonder how long she would’ve been sitting there if we had not called 4 hours in. Do not recommend this place ????????

I bring our Standard Poodle all the way from Cinton to use Hailey here at Canine Design. I know Hailey will treat him kind and do a Great job on him. I dont trust my boy with just anyone. The prices here are very economical as well. They're always nice on the phone and when I come in. I highly recommend this place.

My baby always loves going here. We use this place for boarding when traveling. Our fur son always comes home clean and smelling good too. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

My Neko loves Hailey Reed at Canine Design. When we pull up he gets so Excited . I have never been disappointed in his hair cut or the price... Everytime i think she cant do it any better than last hair cut n then she does it. This wk when i picked him up i was beyond happy... He has prissed around like he knows he looks good!!! When u walk in the door u are greated with a smile n they appreciate you... Thank u Canine design n Hailey...

Quick easy in and out in 3 minutes for a nail trim. I don't know if I even had time to sit down.

I called them a few days before needing someone to keep my dog for the weekend. They were able to get me in and also were able to give him a bath and trim nails. He came back feeling softer than I have ever felt my dog. Highly reccomend Canine Design. Prices for boarding and grooming seemed reasonable for the area but I cant be 100% sure as I have only used Rover in this area before.

They treat each fur baby as if they were their own...I take my yorkie here and he loves the atmosphere and loves that he can kind of roam freely with all the other babies...I would recommended them all the time and their prices are marked perfectly

I love this place. There is almost always a smiling face waiting for you when you walk through the door. Very friendly staff! Cheap prices! Great grooming! I bring both of my dogs in to them every couple of months. My dogs are both poodle/cockerspanial mix. I never have any complaints about the service!
