Just started coming here a few months ago had my dog spayed and had checkups and shots with my other one and I'll be boarding both my dogs next week but I must say I really like this facility they offer a lot of services and they will take you no matter what without discrimination and I really enjoy the people and how knowledgeable that they are can't find a better place especially for the the great prices that they have as well if you shop around and compared this place is by far the leader I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone

Had an emergency situation with our Kitty and they did such a wonderful job taking care of him my family is super happy!

We needed them for emergency visit which lead to surgery. Got us in immediately. Caring team of people cared for our puppy all weekend. Explained procedures as they made decisions. Called and gave us updates. Let us come visit before surgery. They provided us with wonderful care.

The staff are very kind and professional and always treat our pets with the best of care. We love the laser therapy options available.

They are very much animal people. My two dogs absolutely love them.

I have always taken my animals here. I trust them. They have been very good to my pets.

I'm really quite torn here because the staff was super friendly and I was able to get back pretty quickly without an appointment but did wait a couple of hours overall. I was shocked when I was given my total and my cat was left without an official diagnosis. They asked if they could do blood work and then after that was all mostly as expected, a 2min "exam" happened followed by my cat being given a bag of fluids where he was stuck no less than 6 times to administer, a feline lukemia test (also negative) and then a total of 14 pills (antibiotic and something for nausea). I had to ask what next steps were and was told to bring him back if he didn't improve. $325 is a LOT to charge a person without giving them a bit of an idea surrounding your costs associated prior, especially when you ultimately couldn't determine what has him so sick to begin with.

Wonderful people and a wonderful place. My cats aren't always the most well behaved and they're getting old, but the staff were always so gentle with them, and they've gone above and beyond for me to ensure my cats stay healthy and happy.

Everyone took great care of my GIGI. Thank you to everyone there. I definitely appreciate it.

The first thing I noticed was the smell! It smelled so good and the ladies at front desk was so nice and helpful! Loved it!

Our dog was brought here as an emergency by someone who found her. When we arrived at the vet clinic they told us multiple times they had no idea what we were talking about, until FINALLY someone told us where our dog was. They are impossible to ever get into, especially since our dog needed a cast and needed changes like once a week. While waiting in their lobby I had someone tell me that my dog “looked mean and was going to hurt someone” while their dog was going completely insane and out of control. My dog never once even barked nor is she an aggressive breed. I can never even get them to answer the phone. I have worked at a vet clinic for YEARS and never even thought this type of treatment was possible. Do NOT recommend. Take your beloved pets ANYWHERE else!!

Everyone at this clinic are wonderful and so helpful. They go above and beyond every time we are there and make you feel like your pet is their own. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a vet office!

Having my Jack Russell put down two Saturdays ago was heart breaking, Sept 4, 2021 The entire staff was so caring. They all signed or left notes on a "Best friends live forever in our hearts and memories" card.

Staff is nice, took my dog to get his nails cut, they were so long. They barely cut any of his nails off, they are still long. He has to go under to get his nails cut. So paying over $100 for a not so good nail trimming has left a bitter taste in my mouth with this place.

I would just like to share with everyone a fantastic and blessed experience regarding my dog, Jack. Dr Williams is the vet specialist who diagnosed Jack with Cushing's disease. This is the issue that I suspected him to have, but we had to have him tested. The test was quite pricey but I will say that Dr Williams and his staff made it very possible to have it done regardless of my cash on hand. They were very patient with me and very understanding and simply cared about the wellness and health of my dog. In a nutshell, I would go to war for these people. Jack has made a full turnaround due to many prayers and God leading me to the correct group of people. He is in excellent health for a 10-year-old staffy who used to be a fighter in California. I needed a refill on Jack's medication as it has been long enough that I've run out of refills. I called them at the end of last week and left him a voicemail, this week there is a prescription waiting. God bless these amazing people! I recommend this facility and this blessed group of professionals to anyone who is in despair for knowledgeable diagnosis and care. A very very big thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr Williams and all of the staff working there and supporting him. You guys changed my life!

Staff is great. New phone system not so much. Prescription refills in the past took less than 1 hour. Currently waiting on day 5 for a response. Almost out of meds. Update July 2021. Lobby's open! 5 stars.

Honored our appt and gave us a small discount for making an appt. Dr Linn is an awesome Vet. Read our dogs medical records to know exactly what our dogs needed for their vaccinations.

My family and I have been using Ozark vet clinic for decades and has always come through with flying colors and are very very caring for your pets!! Great staff and amazing care and actually affordable prices too.. I highly recommend!!

Dr. Ketchum is worth waiting for. Friendly, knowledgeable, personable.

We had a wonderful experience here this morning. Went in for flea meds for our suffering pup. The doctor was able to go above and beyond to help him. We even got information on how to treat our ferrets for fleas. They were so helpful and welcoming. I’m can’t even express how grateful we are to have found this clinic!
