You know when your dog doesn't want to leave to go home that the kennel is doing something right. Our old lady Golden Retriever wasn't feeling well right before we were supposed to leave, but I had no hesitation about leaving her there. I knew she'd be well cared for. So happy with Caroline's. It cost a bit more, but is really worth it.

I've been taking my two large dog to Caroline's for years. The staff are polite and immediately know my dogs when I call and make an appointment. The dogs seem to have a great time when they are there. I'd recommend Caroline's to anyone looking for a professional, affordable place to kennel their dogs. The employees genuinely seem to love their job.

Anyone can watch your pet. It doesn't take a lot to make sure they're fed and delivered back to you alive. Take them any old where if that's what you're looking for. Take them to Caroline's if you need them to be loved like they'd be loved at home by people who learn their personalities, know their needs, and get excited to see them like old friends every time they come wagging their tails through the door.

We love Caroine's...and more importantly, our dog Astrid Loves her time there. The staff is loving and excited to see all the dogs and treats them extremely well. Astrid goes for both daycare once a week and boarding from time to time if we are traveling. When she gets her blue-collar on, she knows that is where she is going and she gets totally excited. We highly recommend Carolines, especially if you want your dog to play, exercise, and socialize with other dogs in a fun and safe environment.

The team at Caroline's is amazing. They helped relieve my anxiety about boarding my dog for the first time, when I had to make a sudden trip for a loved one's funeral. They went above and beyond posting photos on Facebook, and talking me through things throughout the process. It was nice to see Rocy enjoyed herself while there.

Caroline's is great! We wouldn't board our dogs anywhere else! The staff is very friendly and always greet our dogs with excitement...definitely feels like a second home to them while we're away! Our dogs always come home tired which is a great sign that they've played hard. Highly recommend!

My puppy got sick!!! Brought back fleas!!!! And one RUDE owner!!! Hundreds of dollars to board, and about the same to start getting him healthy!!! Dropped him off while I went on vacation and Caroline was EXTREMELY rude to me, tried to make me feel like a HORRIBLE pet owner for following the vets feeding instructions, argued with me over his shots being completed when they had been when I made the reservation. She called me while I was on vacation basically chewing me out because he had "worms", I took him to the vet on friday and had a complete checkup done (no worms and was fine) and dropped him off 3 days later. She did not like hearing that and told me the vet obviously missed it. Today I took him in, another couple tests, still no worms, but now hes on antibiotics, pneumotrophin pmg, and flea treatment. Its ridiculous the hundreds of dollars I spent to board my puppy for him to have to go through this (who wants to see needles in their puppy???), and spend so much to get him healthy again... Should post a sign CAUTION DOG WILL GET SICK outside!!!

I have been boarding my dogs here for years and years. Last week I got a midnight call that my little cousin/bro of 24 years passed away unexpectedly and the world came crashing down. Caroline's staff and she herself handled my unique situation with such empathy and support that even though it was on super short notice they welcomed my fur babies with warm hearts for a whole week, which was twice as long as they've ever been away from me. I felt extremely comfortable as if leaving them with trusted family after all these years and when I finally picked them up today they greeted me bright eyed and bushy tailed (albeit understandably exhausted as was their mom and dad) and when we saw each other it immediately alleviated some of the pain that had built up over the course of a week. Long story short, I am truly appreciative of Caroline's business and professionalism and I can promise its a safe choice that you won't regret.

My wife called weeks in advance of our trip out of state, they asked all the standard questions about our dog (breed, size, temperament, plays well with others ect....) my wife asked if she to bring our dog up to the motel for a meet and greet to make sure all would be fine they insisted no need, so weeks later we get there hours before our flight for her to say she would not keep him because he does show some signs of separation anxiety which was clearly told to her weeks before and she said it would be not problem, very unprofessional place that I would not recommend to anyone, luckily we made other arrangements and barely made our flight but this was the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered in dog care.

Really nice people. Pets have room to play. If your dog needs meds, they can handle it. My dogs don't have any problem with the transition.

Worst experience. Two of my 3 dogs were sick for 2 weeks, my other dog died while boarding at Caroline's. He had heart issues, we were gone 2 nights and unfortunate timing, he died on the 2nd night. They treated his death with zero compassion, very matter of fact. "These things happen sometimes." Well, maybe to you! I don't lose my 14 year old best friend every day! They handed him to me frozen in a bag in the lobby. There was no human decency involved at all. God Bless my boy. He breathed his last breath in this cold place. Ill never be at peace he died alone, THERE! They never called, made a paw print, sent a card, NOTHING! Its like he didn't even exist. We literally paid for him to die there. ???? What sort of caring kennel is that? I took my other dogs to the Vet because they got terribly sick and needed 2 types of antibiotics. The Vet asked where they had been kenneled, I told them Caroline's Pampered Pets, he nodded and told me they have a reputation and not sure what their practices are or why dogs seem to pick up stuff there? I told them about losing my boy there. The Vet and Assistamt were very compassionate with me. Three days later, in the mail I got a sympathy card from my Vet. Very kind gesture. Caroline's isn't a place I'd leave my beloved pets EVER AGAIN. R.I.P Gizmo.

We traveled all the way from Oklahoma & stayed at a place that wouldnt allow our baby girl. Caroline's welcomed her with welcome arms & were amazing with her. She is a bit cantankerous in her older age & they accommodated her needs perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a daycare or overnight boarding. They have a great space for the pups to play & the staff has a smiles on all the time. I love it.
