Went there for a walk in. The wait wasn't too bad even though there was a long line. They treated my dog with the best care. The staff is very friendly and the place was very clean.

Gave my dog the wrong medicine twice. She became sick. I took her back. No apology and zero refund for prescribing the wrong meds.

My experience with this location was absolutely the best I had ever went to with my animals excellent service all the way around reasonable prices I LOVE THEM AND SO DOES MY Rosie & Pepper thank you guys so much

Service friendly. Staff friendly. Doctor was friendly and apologetic. Extremely looooooong wait on walk in day for routine shots. Financially reasonable. Wait room area in front offers no safe separation of potentially contagious pets. And treatment area in back offers no separation of potentially contagious pets. My dog contracted kennel cough from his recent visit there ????. If I ever go there again I'd definitely make it an appointment visit with (if possible) no contact with other animals in front or rear of clinic.

Dr. Ruth and all of the staff at Olive Branch Animal Clinic are amazing. They take such good care of the animals. Dr. Ruth is knowledgeable and happy to answer all the questions we have. The staff is personable, nice and professional. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. I highly recommend Olive Branch Animal Clinic.

Olive Branch animal clinic employees were very friendly. I thought that they were very organized until I got home and get word from my roommate that he just got off the phone with them and my fur baby's diagnosis is opposite of what they told me in person.

Love Dr Ruth. One of the best vets I have ever been to.

My mother in law brought her deaf dog to the vet on Saturday to figure out what was with her, the vet barely walk into the room as my mother in law is explaining everything and quickly blurted out Pryometra without doing any test or anything! Lucky she was right! They brought their back in today for surgery that was schedule and the VET NEGLECTED TO INFORM THEM THAT HER VACATION STARTED TODAY! They thankfully found a vet to save the sweet dogs life but this vet office officially lost two customers (me and my mother in law) and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid them!

my dog got kennel cough after boarding with them which led to me calling to see if there was anything i could do at home (i live 2.5 hours from this vet/no decent vets near me) before bringing him in all i was told was “see a vet” not to mention even with an appointment their wait times are extremely ridiculous & i feel like most of them are only in it for the money. definitely recommend Oaktree over them.

Dr Ruth is the best vet you can have. She has been great with all our animals and really cares.

There is no other vet but Dr. Ruth for my fur babies . She is so knowledgeable so caring . When we had to say good bye to our lab Tucker she was right there with us . Seen us through our tears . Gave my cat dog meds for a "swollen mamory gland" that was actually just an infection and she was so dehydrated from the dog meds. And the new vet I went to found a blood clot in her heart from previous surgery:(((( and now my baby is gone ????

The whole staff year you and your fire baby like family. They always go beyond to make sure everyone is ok.

They were so busy that there was a 2 hour wait to be seen by the Vet. Even though they were extremely busy, they were very pleasant and focused on getting everyone taken care of; including the people calling in. Thankfully, I was only there for flea & tick medication.

Dr Ruth has taken care of my dogs, cats, and horses for over 20 years! Has always taken good care of all my pets. I also like that she is the owner since so many of our area clinics are being sold to corporations.

Almost killed ny dog! After 3 days there she has severe dehydration. Customer service, keeping you informed they got cero 0

Have gotten all 6 my cats fixed at this place. I asked for one of their nails to be filed down, no problem for them at all and only $12! I asked for one of them to get ears cleaned, also no problem! The procedures for my males and females went so great my cats were almost back to normal by the time I got them! I absolutely love this clinic!
