Definitely recommend! Prices are better than cat and cow. They are thorough during visits. All employees have been great both times I have been there.

I asked them to help me find out which of their clients/ employees backed halfway then a fourth of the way down my new SUV. Also breaking some of back lights in the process. How could they know you ask, end of day they know who was there and who wasn't. In fact I had stopped on my way in, to take photos of the entry and sign to post. But no they could only be bothered with sweeping up the glass. The point is they didn't TRY to help me! I did not take my cat there in the first place and will never take any animal there.

Make an appointment! I walked n. I waited 2 hours!!!!!!

We took our 5 dogs to this vet for years until they took on so many patients that their quality of care took a nosedive. I took my 12 year old dog in because she had collapsed and couldn’t get up by herself. They took blood then asked us to wait outside in 90 degree heat for results. We waited over 2 hours and during this time I asked for water for my dog multiple times that I never got. I finally left and rushed my poor girl to another vet who found that she had a condition that had gone undiagnosed for months. They did their best to treat the condition but she deteriorated and died 3 months later. I never heard another word from Oak Tree until today when my husband tried to take one of our other dogs there (it’s an emergency, we are desperate, and our regular vet is closed) and they deny treatment because they wrote off an unpaid bill. A bill I was never contacted about. A bill I would have paid had they sent an invoice to my address they’ve had on file for years.

The receptionist are very friendly but, the veterinarian are not so helpful with concern questions regarding my dog's health atleast that what I experienced with my sharpei s!!

Yesterday we had to put down our pet Dixie. Our vet was closed. So my husband had heard how good they were so we went there. Our dog Dixie was 14 and suffered from congestive heart failure. We tried everything but with no a veal . She was in pain and bleeding from the mouth. I couldn’t let her suffer. When we drove up it was packed with cars. I stayed in the truck with Dixie to see if they would take her. We waited about an hour and they took her right in. They were great considering we weren’t even clients of theirs. They were so wonderful in their compassion and care of our Dixie. They didn’t even charge us. I’m so very thankful for everything they did for our baby. I highly recommend them !!!

Great Veteran, first time I've met her. She's awesome! In and out quickly and very friendly workers. Dr. has a loving companion fir animals and listens to your concerns. Extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Quick in/out for shots, walk in 7:15am

Our boxer baby is almost 12 years old and unfortunately has cancer. Oak Tree Animal Clinic has been wonderful walking us through this journey. They have done everything possible to make sure our girl is comfortable and living the best life she can in her last days. We are thankful for their insight and kindness through this.

Super nice staff and Veterinarian! They were thorough and kind. I would highly recommend this office. I volunteer at the shelter and they were very accommodating in seeing kittens which required treatment rather quickly. They were definitely in great hands. ????

Very nice people for the animal

Dr. Christine is wonderful. She is more concerned about taking care of animals than making money. I went to another animal clinic for surgery for my dog and they wanted $800. I went to doctor for second opinion because I couldn't afford an $800 dollar surgery and she agreed to do surgery for $150. She only charged me for meds and anesthesia. She is very dedicated to her work. Because of her my dog survived. I will not go to anyone else for service. I am so grateful for her.

it is with great sadness that i write this review. i had been a very loyal customer to oak tree, even recommending them to my own clientele. until a few months ago, i never had an issue. my dog had been neutered there and all was fine. two weeks later we discovered he had bladder stones and he had emergency surgery at another vet. after that, the vets at oak tree found that some stones were left in his bladder and for that i thank them. but what happened in january of this year was unexpected and unacceptable. we dropped our dog off for a routine teeth cleaning. before any cleaning could be done we received a call that he had a bad reaction to the anesthesia. we were incredibly worried and confused as he had obviously been under anesthesia before. we were told that we could pick him up that evening and since we were so worried, that is what we did but the dog we brought home was not the same. he was incredibly lethargic. he couldn’t take more than two steps before laying back down, his eyes were glazed over and he was constantly panting. we called oak tree right before closing to let them know. we were told that this is completely normal and they reassured us that the medication they had given him would wear off eventually, but it never did. all throughout the night we would wake up and check on him. the final time we woke, he had passed, sleeping at our feet. this has broken our hearts as he was only three years old and our daughter grew up with him. he was family and we feel like we failed him. i completely understand that accidents happen, although, i do not believe that my dog should have ever been sent home in the condition he was in. he should have been kept at the vet for monitoring. i can only hope that he did not suffer and that being with his family helped him feel better in his final hours.

Very nice and knowledgeable. They are getting to big for the building they are in and should think about building an addition.
