The whole staff is tip top but Dr. Cole Bierbaum is the best there is! He is an exceptional diagnostician!

Absolutely insane how sweet and attentive the people here are. They go far above and beyond in treating our cat Sandor. Could not imagine ever taking him anywhere else!

After going to the Emergency Vet twice, we finally managed to find a vet close to us. Everyone at Boulevard Veterinary Clinic is friendly and patient. They took the time to listen to our concerns, go over different options for food, gave us the tools to help our kitties at home if the need arises. They called to check up on us the next day. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone

So very happy to find Dr Bierbaum again as he was in a new location. He has treated my fur baby for years. Staff is awesome and their love of animals show in their every interaction with them.

We’ve been taking our fur babies here for years, and recently had an emergency that required surgery. I couldn’t say enough great things about the care our pup received. Will always recommend them to people looking for a great and caring vet, and office staff.

Took my Akita, Boo, in for shots and check up for first time last week and later for a skin infection. Dr. Roberts and the entire staff were wonderful!! I could not ask for a more caring, professional team.

The staff and veterinarian here are very nice, but the prices are too high compared to other vets in the area. They also nickel and dime you for every little thing they can. It's a shame because the location is so convenient for me, but it just isn't practical to continue to take my dogs here when I can go few miles down the road for much cheaper.

Dr. Roberts has taken care of my dogs for several years now. We moved to Cabot, but I drive back to Maumelle to see her!

They were so great when our dog was sick a few days ago. I was impressed that they were able to see her the next morning and get her treated. All staff and doctors were kind and caring to my pet and myself!

The process of securing an appointment, day-of, and becoming a new client was streamlined and efficient. I just wish I could’ve come in with Cooper! Especially for his first visit. But I understand. The receptionist was fantastic! Personable, incredibly amenable and open to helping, and very proficient. The vet assistant that came out to my vehicle was so helpful, friendly, and compassionate! Dr. Roberts was very knowledgeable and willing to educate me as she discussed, in detail, Cooper and answered all of my questions. So excited for Cooper and I to find our home with Boulevard!

ABSOLUTE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a vet in all my life!! Completely unprofessional, refused to let me speak to the vet (I’m honestly not sure there was a vet there!) did not resolve my sick dog’s issue, charged me for services that were NOT PERFORMED!! Sent home unidentifiable meds in a ziplock bag with NO INSTRUCTIONS whatsoever, and when I asked what they were and how to use them, receptionist said “I don’t know, hopefully the tech that brings your dog out will know, but I need your credit card number”. The meds only said not for individual sale. So, no instructions or identification at all. I suppose all that info was still in the box that they didn’t give me, since I received individual meds that were not for individual sale! I cannot tell you how appalled I am by the unprofessionalism that runs rampant at this vet!! I feel VERY SORRY for any dog or cat that gets subjected to Dr. (and I use that term loosely) Roberts. She has NO CONCERN for the health and well-being of any animal...canine, feline, human or otherwise!! Save your pet and your money and go somewhere else! We have a vet in Little Rock that has the only board certified veterinary neurosurgeon in the state!! Go there!! They are phenomenal!

Wish I could give them seven stars. My dog suffered a gruesome degloving injury five weeks ago and required 50 stitches and five weekly visits to Boulevard. Every single person I spoke with at Boulevard was incredibly kind, professional and provided me with detailed updates of his progress. Jasper is now miraculously recovered from a serious injury that many times results in amputation. It’s no exaggeration to say these amazing Veterinarians saved my dog’s leg. Thank you Boulevard Vet Clinic - y’all are the BEST

I needed to get my dog in immediately my usual vet clinic was booked out weeks. And were rather put out I was asking if we could be seen that day. Boulevaed was able to see me that day and they were so sweet and professional, got her in and out quickly. Robin was awesome! She has such a good phone voice and was so helpful! Going to make this my permanent vet from now on.

Our family had a fur baby get very ill. It seemed like it happened overnight. We were distraught. Dr. Roberts and her team showed so much compassion for our “Gabby” and us alike. If you are looking for a professional, caring veterinary clinic, Boulevard is one of the very best.

I trust no other vet with my furbabies. They treat my Pets with loving care and always provide the best options for treatment. Dr. Roberts and everyone at The Boulevard has my full confidence.

This was our first time at the clinic. We had our 15 year old kitty put down. The staff was very considerate, and we were allowed to be there with her at the end. She went peacefully with no pain. I can't imagine anyone handling this sort of procedure any better or more professionally.

I'm so happy we decided to give you guys a try! Y'all were so sweet and patient with my baby. Communication was excellent! Happy to say we now have a new vet????
