Great folks who really care about your critters I was asked by a survey from the website host what the folks at Eubanks could do to make my visit better. How can you make it better if it's already as close to perfect as it can be and still be here on planet earth? I guess you could make the service free, but then I'm afraid we would wind up getting what we are paying for. These folks are really good at what they do and actually do care about the pet and the person.

I'm going to do it agree with me so you can get some rest today and I'll be waiting for you to be a good person to help me with this thanks

I had my dogs nails trimmed. They came to car and got her. They had to muzzle her she is about 65 lbs. Great experience. Very caring staff.

The staff came to the car and got Cupcake, I was not allowed to go in with her this time. Dr. Eubanks came out to the car and talked to me about the visit he had with Cupcake. I always enjoy our visit with him and his staff if it's for a doctor visit or to be groomed. Cupcake has been seeing them for eight years now and I recommend him all the time. His staff is very professional and friendly we love them.

Great veterinary clinic and staff. They take great care of my chihuahua Yeti.

We were turned on to this vet clinic by a friend and have not been disappointed. I look forward to actually being able to go inside with our puppy, but he doesn’t seem to mind. After his checkup and shots he comes back outside and is not showing any signs of an unpleasant time with the vet. The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful over the phone making sure we get all of the information before, during, and after our visit.

Very professional staff & vet techs. Dr. Wioner was great- he took the time to carefully evaluate my dog & explained everything he did. My dog is quite a bit better after just 3 -4 days of the prescribed meds.

We recently switched to Eubanks after our long-time vet in Little Rock retired. Eubanks is much closer to home, so it's a lot more convenient now. Eveyone is so friendly and nice, and my cats have been receiving great care! I was so nervous about finding a new vet during the pandemic when I wouldn't be able to go in with my fur babies, but Dr. Weiner and staff have really taken such good care of my fur babies and I'm so glad to have found a great vet that I trust!

Called with pet need and went right on to parking lot. Let them know I was there and less than a min or two later was handed my dog's medication. Thanks y'all!

So I had heard from someone that this would be a good vet to take one of our dogs to....I called and a young lady named Maggie answered the phone. I was asked to hold, and then when she returned and asked how she could help me, it went downhill. She asked what account I was under, I told her I've never visited them before and was hoping to find a new vet for my dog. She responded in a tone that very much made me feel like I was bothering her and a complete inconvenience. She stated that they wouldn't be able to get to me until the next 2 or 3 weeks in a tone that screamed 'go away'.... i am absolutely fine with understanding that you can't get immediate, on-demand, vet care, but with how she spoke to me, she succeeded in driving me away. I thanked her for her time and said goodbye. I couldn't imagine turning my pet over to a place that allows this type of greeting to new customers. Grateful that I dodged this place.

We have gone to this vet twice now and both times has been a great experience. They were so willing to answer all of our questions and help out with our dog. She has high anxiety and the vet came out to the car to talk to me about it and answer my questions instead of just sending the vet tech out. We have called this vet multiple times about our dog having digestive issues and they have been so helpful on the phone to solve our issues. I recommend this vet to everybody. They are awesome!!

Got to love anyone that will wash your dog because your to lazy to do it. Although it does come at a price. Still worth it though.

I went here to take my 2 year old dane for the first time after being referred by my sister. When I say I have never met more nicer people working in this field, particularly. Super fast and professional. Very very friendly Dr. and Staff! They are awesome. I am never going to look for another vet after them. You guys are awesome! If I could do more than 5 stars, I would! I recommend 100%!
