Elite Petite Dog Grooming Nixa, Arkansas

Incredibly rude. I called to request a trim of my dogs face and nails and the owner said ‘we don’t do that here’??. I stated that we just had a full groom there (which we were very satisfied with) and we’re happy with the length everywhere else but she needed her face trimmed. She asked our dogs name and said she doesn’t remember our dog? So?? Avoid this place, first experience was great, but they apparently didn’t want repeat business.

They are really great with our dogs. They always look adorable when we pick them up ????

The best service ever ! The most amazing staff that will go out their way to help you ! And they do amazing grooming it is by far the best little hidden gem ! We love going their when we are in the area we live in Illinois so it's all ways a special treat . we love Victoria that works their she is just an amazing women.

Nothing good about this business, my advice; Don’t Go There.

I always dreaded when it would be time to take our little Bichon-Maltese to the groomer because no matter where we took him I just wasn't ever 100% satisfied with the look. However, Elite Petite did such a wonderful job with our little Mozzie. Will definitely be returning here!!

I've been bringing my pets to Elite Petite for decades. Best customer service and consistently good grooming. When I leave a message for a return call to schedule a groom. I would not consider going anywhere else

I am so impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Victoria was so incredibly friendly on the phone when I made my dogs appointment all the way through to pick up. My dog looks great and she even put a cute bandanna on her. I will be going here from.now on thanks ladies!

Very kind and friendly to my dog. I have been going here for years for my chihuahua. They are very kind and professional. Their time frame is usually under two hours, unless very busy. I have had zero issues here. I recommend them.

I can’t believe how great my Mini Aussie looked when we picked him up. They did an excellent job. His coat looks as fresh as a pup at 10 years old. They will absolutely have all my business from now on!

Been doing business here for 20 years. All the way back when Betty was grooming dogs herself. I've had some disagreements with some of the help from time to time, fortunately the bad help didn't last long. I guess what I'm trying to say is this, 20 years of doing business and we still come here for our grooming needs. I've recommended numerous people to come here over the years and i wont stop now.

Such a talented groomer! Our dog is afraid of the clippers and she takes such good care of him! We have her do a mohock and she does an awesome job every time! We have tried other groomers in the area and highly recommend Elite Petite!

Just picked up our little rescue 4 yr old Pomeranian/Papillon from her hair appointment today. Oh, brother! She now looks like a little black bear cub. Of course, Sissy is all black and soooo cute. Great job, Gals. Well worth the $40. Will go to Elite Petite, again. Thank you for your fine service and care for our little Sabrina!

Our dog Bella grows her hair so fast but they make it look amazing every time and the staff is very nice too.. definitely our go to groomer

I have 2 dogs, one dog has long hair and it is very fine and tangles easily they do a good shave for her. I have a sort hair dog also. They do a shave for her too reduces shedding, and not too short. I like the salon.

These ladies are fantastic! They're very professional, so friendly & wonderful with your fur baby. They take walk-ins and will work with your schedule. A win for all. :)

Great place. My chug hates his paws being touch so trims are difficult but this place acts like its easy. In and out in just a few minutes and my dog doesn't even seem to mind

I took my lil Yorkie Abby here Bc I knew the groomer and I'm very picky with my baby girl Abby, her appt was on 8/2/17 I had explain that she wouldn't like the hand dryer Bc they don't do cage dryers there to give me a all when they was done.well I picked up my dog and she was flipping out like something bitting her alive so I gave her a bath at 3 am and then went back that next day and asked if she had any flea on her or anything ,I was told No so I was given some flea shampoo just in case so I have another bath that afternoon.during this she can't sleep she is in discomfort so I took her to vet,her vet said she had been traumatized badly and her 2 front feet and butt area and been burned due to either clippers getting hot, dremal to do nail got to hot and she also had a cut longer then a key on her neck..I called and spoke with Karen and to my surprise never received a call from Nobody ..I work in the dog industry and I would not recommend this place at all..My dog is on 3 medication everyday .she is. It the same anymore.
