They cost too much money

Took our dogs this morning to get fixed. My dog has never been away from our house. The staff were so gentle with him and it really made feel better knowing they were so good with him.

My dog passed away and they set up cremation and had never seen my dog before. They gave us a paw print and sent a sympathy card. They were very caring. Thank you so much! It meant a lot to me.

Unprofessional conduct with customer service here. Boarded dogs and cats for two years and prepaid bills for services - thousands of dollars…. Got a rude phone call for $2 remaining on bill after we were told that we had paid the complete bill in full, but they forgot a $2 pill and were calling about this past due amount…. We had spent a lot of money with them but will now be searching for a new veterinarian in the area.

Our dog was not feeling well on Saturday (10/16/21) - she wouldn’t eat/drink and vomiting a little bit; however, by the evening she was really lethargic and throwing up what appeared to be blood. I called our vet and he was not available. An alternative phone number was provided to contact for emergencies. So I called the alternative number. A male vet called me back from this clinic - who apparently was the on-call Vet. Since I was an hour away he could not be "bothered" because it would be after midnight by the time I arrived. He said "come in the morning (Sunday) 9am SHARP!" Did he not want to take care of my dog because she was not his patient and my dog was the patient of another Vet in another town??? I do not know why. I could not find a 24 hour emergency Vet anywhere - I called every place - so I planned on taking her at 9am SHARP to this vet! Unfortunately, my dog died in the middle of the night!!! This male vet couldn't be bothered. Even if my dog was going to die...at least he could have examined her AND said so and I would have put her to sleep. This vet should be ashamed of himself, should change careers because he does not care about animals and he is extremely heartless! For some people, like my family, our pets are part of our FAMILY! Unbelievable!!!

I've been bringing my pets here for years, and they have always provided excellent service. Prompt care and reasonable pricing. I also feel like they really care about the well being of our buddies!

Had a male kitten and a female cat fixed there. Kira has no scar tissue on her belly, the cut was so small and they stitched like a master seamstress. No cone needed. I couldn't see where they cut my boy either. He walked like a cowboy a couple hours then passed out and was fine. Wonderful staff.

Excellent staff. They are so kind with all customers and pets. The doc is super kind and they all care very much. Great sense of humor at this clinic too!

Experience was great! Gotta love Doc Snodgrass. He's got an off the wall personality. He's been a vet for 50 years n is close to retirement. He treats my Lil 3lb Yorkie with the best of care. IMO he's the bestest vet around. We love you Doc.

Great vet who always takes time for explanation. Dr. Shedenhelm is compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I was vacationing in the area when my senior dog got very ill. I called and they got me an appointment very quickly and were very kind and compassionate as she had to be put to sleep. Highly recommend!!!

Their is not a better veterinarian service in the state. They care for our fur babies.

They are really good, and very knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you. They where good to my dog and, didn't hurt him giving him his shots

Great staff! They care about their furry patients ???? and they service the surrounding area with as much charity as they can provide to the injured, abandoned, or overpopulation of animals in the county!

Dr. Shed and her entire staff have always been so wonderful with our puppy Harley. So happy with them and highly recommended.

The vet that declawed our cat was rude. and did not only declaw our cat but cut her toes off. she also admitted to being mean.i would NOT recommend this veterinarian and will not return

Very fast and amazing staff.

I just brought my 5 kitties in to have their teeth cleaned. The staff is so great. They are very friendly & helpful. I love Dr Shed. My one cat has a problem & she wanted to make sure I was aware of it. She actually sat down in the waiting room (I hadn't got the group in the car yet) to discuss my Artie's problem. She wanted to make sure I didn't leave without talking to me. My kitties mean something to the staff. They are important. I will not take them any place else.
