Everyone at Southern Crossing is amazing, from the receptionists to the vet techs, and especially Drs. White & Nollner! The service from everyone here is what I would expect to get from a friend instead of a business. I have dogs and cats, so I go to the vet often. Drs. White & Nollner genuinely care for others' pets as if they were their own. Dr. White is my primary vet, and I can say from many experiences that she goes above and beyond to give my pets the absolute best care. Both vets are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I have never felt pressured into paying for care/medicine I didn't want for my animals. I've even been encouraged by the vets to buy generic brands or to buy meds elsewhere because they would be cheaper. I will say that their services are a little more expensive than some other vets, but the quality of care more than makes up for it! Best vet in the Memphis area.

Dr Nollner is great and the entire staff has been wonderful to work with. Dr Nollner took her time with us and everything was explained in detail. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I really couldn’t have hoped for a better experience for me and my pet.

Im a first timer here and i have to say, my dog has never been so calm to be dropped off anywhere! He felt the good vibes as soon as he walked in and didnt freak out a single time! SUPER friendly staff and you can tell right away that they LOVE animals. I will definitely recommend to everyone i know and i will be talking to my other half about making this amazing vets office our new standard. Thank you all so much for taking care of my pup! Dr Nollner goes beyond the call of duty. She is very kind to her patients and their humans. She cares so much about making the animals well and is very conscientious about the care she gives. I would not dream of changing vets.

We cannot go back. We had moved here. We have multiple pets. The vet is great. The prices are just way higher than what we paid in Southaven, MS. We will be going back to our old vet.

My first time taking my cats to Southern Crossings. The staff was very attentive and kind. I was able to go straight to an examination room and techs were super nice to my cats and got right to work on the items we came to address. Dr. White came in and explained all that was being done what to expect. Everyone I encountered was both kind and professional. It was a very pleasant experience for both me and my cats and I would definitely recommend Southern Crossings for your vet needs.

Southern Crossings is the best in caring for my pets who are also my family. In addition to superb diagnostic and treatment capabilities, Dr. Nollner and the entire staff are so compassionate and kind. They take excellent care of Susie, Scarlett and Belle. I trust them completely.

I've been going to Greene Animal Hospital since I moved to Memphis in 2011. Now the name has changed, and I think there is some fresh paint, but everything else is the same. Everyone treats Austin like their own baby, even though he is a 12-year-old blind rescue mutt. I have recommended Southern Crossing/Greene to everyone I know.

Great vet, Dr. Nollner is thorough and always helpful when it comes to understanding your pet's diagnosis and treatment options. The only down is that sometimes it takes a while for your animal to be seen while you're in the office, but it's worth the wait.

Best Service Yet! (Formerly The Greene Animal Hospital) Wish we had come here sooner. They are all so nice & very professional. We liked our PREVIOUS vet, but their office is in horrible condition & they are always short staffed. I worry about them staying in business. We even think our dog was misdiagnosed. This place reminds me of a real hospital. The waiting room is CLEAN & smells good. My first impression of the vet had me sold -she had a clean-pressed, professional lab coat (like a Doctor should!) She even gets on the floor to make it more comfortable for our dog. Unreal! I highly recommend. Hope this helps.
