This was the first visit to a Veterinarian for my little kitten tomcat... The Staff and Veterinarian were just as nice as they were over the phone... The Veterinarian was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable... It was a very calm experience for me and my boy "TuTone" ???? I highly recommend the place if you are in the area or just want to see a real good Veterinarian and Staff... Bet????

Dr. Lapova does an excellent job on ear cropping and ensures the crop is proper for the dog in front of her. Not only does she do an excellent job on cropping but her ability to fix bad crop jobs is second to none. She truly cares about the well being of every dog that comes through her doors and ensures they receive the best care, before, during and even after. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lapova for any services especially cropping!

There couldn’t be a nicer staff in the Veterinary industry! The knowledge and love they hold for our dogs is priceless. The fees are appropriate and the building is completely sanitary. We will always be a client of Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital.

This clinic was a nightmare. My pet was a former patient, and the staff sent me a very offensive letter to my home because I choose to take my animal to another provider. They will demand deposits even if your pet hasn’t missed an appointment, and the staff calls after business hours to collect for appointments in advance. Lone shark, predatory practices. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The prices are crazy for even basic services compared to other vets. Do yourself a favor, if you want quality care at a reasonable price, don’t go here!!! And as you guys can see from the reply which is totally false, it doesn’t seem like this clinic cares about respecting customers. No professionalism!!! I will not be threatened and I’d like to remind you that Google reviews, Yelp, and the BBB are all open platforms to leave reviews. This is America and this is my opinion. If you don’t like what’s being said, then I would change the way I do business. Do not contact me, my vet will contact you. Do not send anything else to my home, or I promise you’ll be hearing from my attorney. That’s a promise! Furthermore I will not take your vague threats and borderline harassment for simply choosing another vets services. Why are you angry? Enjoy your day, try me ok.

I totally agree with everything I’ve read here. I’ve had similar experiences in the past with the same clinic. The website states deposits are required for missing appointments, not canceled or rescheduled appointments. They will call and pretty much demand money upfront. Me personally I think that the vet and some staff have huge attitudes and are very rude. This place is a piece of ****, not accredited by the BBB, and I see why! Save your pet now please why you still have the chance, don’t go to this place!!!!!!!

Dr. Lapova is one of the most skilled surgeons in the field, especially when it comes to cosmetics and fixing others mistakes! Her personal love and dedication to her own pets and compassion for animal health and welfare extends to her team and clients. I have worked for many vets as a technician and Dr. Lapova is one of few I would not hesitate to work with! She has helped me from states away.

I have always had a great experience at RBAH. All staff members have been patient, kind, and thorough. Only the best for my fur baby!

Highly recommend for Ear Cropping. Dr. Lapova is an artist with ears! You will have a crop that everyone will envy.

Have had many years of taking dogs to this vets office. Friendly caring staff and the vets really care about your pets and do all they can for them. They love people's furbabies.

I brought my new 5,000 puppy to get ears cropped here. My dog died under anesthesia. Worst experience of my life. I’ll never walk through their doors again

Highly recommend!!! The front office staff is amazing at multi tasking and the vet tech and assistants are always so kind and patient. Dr Lapova is hands down the best there is!! She takes her time with every single patient and goes above and beyond at each visit. Her expertise and surgical skill in ear cropping is hands down the best! There is a reason people drive for hours for her services and their books stay full! I wouldn’t take my dogs any where else!

The veterinarians are passionate about their job and very caring. Dr Lapova does a truly beautiful crop!

Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital hands down GREAT 1ST VISIT! I would like to add that this animal hospital is very very professional. I have a new addition which happens to be a 12 week old Great Dane. Last week I had Thor's ear clipped and although he looks a little weird post -op I know he will grow to become a handsome beau. So female Great Dane hunnies get ready! Dr. Lapova is amazing! She is very personal and indeed a people's person. Very warm and welcoming. She will have a consultation before surgery which I was not expecting and I didn't feel rush and she gave me the opportunity to ask questions and even showed pictures of ways to have Thor ears done. I could go on and on about this office. I knew when I walked in for the first time and smell the air that it was all good. It smelled "undoggable". LOL....No you could not smell a pet odor at all. And Lisa is the first you'll see and she was great too! She was very pleasant and definitely had the love of animals in her spirit and that too was a plus for me. Great service all of the staff has great attitudes and very friendly people my puppy loves everyone their lol and I been going up there ever since he was 4weeks old now he's 6 months

They are a caring group of professionals. They pay attention to each animals personality and treat them accordingly. I have one large but skittish dog and they are so patient with him. They are excellent on followup care and reminders.

The staff there is fabulous!!! I've got a very anxious dog that seems to intimidate other vets. James at RBAH was AMAZING dealing with my incredibly agitated fur-baby.... and with me, too! A simple nail trim can turn into a significant ordeal for us. But he made it so much easier than it's ever been! I am also so grateful to the front desk staff for being so compassionate and understanding. A nervous dog with a nervous dog-mama can, well, get on anyone's nerves. Everyone there was so sweet and calming. We will definitely be back regularly. The prices are very reasonable, too! Thank you James and the rest of the RBAH staff!

We drove down from middle Tennessee and was not disappointed. All the staff was very kind and informative. The doctor stayed in the room and made sure we had all questions and concerns answered before we left our pup in her care.

Amazing experience and aftercare from Dr. L and her staff! We were long-distance clients and she did wonderful work with my Doberman! Dr. L really knows this breed and took her time to explain everything and listen to my questions and concerns. Highly recommended!
