The staff at pet vax is compassionate, friendly, and they care for your pets like their own. I want to thank the staff for caring for my baby, Angel, in her last few months of life. I especially want to thank the nurse (I wish I had gotten her name) who helped me make the painful decision that no pet parent wants to make. She talked me through the process & shared her personal experience with me. I thank her for helping me through that. We will definitely be back in the future.

They helped me in my time of need with a sickly Chihuahua when I felt like no one would.. The customer service was top knotch along with the vet staff being compassionately friendly. If you're looking for a vet place that not only cares about your pets, but as well as has reasonable prices then Pet Vax on Union Avenue is the right place. ????????

I would not take my fur baby any where else. I love the Midtown crew. They are THE BEST and are like extended family.

They are the nicest vets and worked in my 16 yr old cat after he decided to hide in a wall for a couple of days and reassure me he was not harmed.

The best staff, super knowledgeable and they love your fur babies like their own. They know their names and temperament. I drive 45 minutes from MS to this location, hands down, no one else can treat my babies but PetVax Midtown.

I've been bringing my dog to pet vet since I've got him. My first inside dog ???? but he's also my emotional support animal I don't really care so deeply about and won't the best care possible for him. Pet facts is everything in one and just a phone call away for any question that I might have. Couldn't be more pleased. Just wish the price would come down a little bit LOL but you can't put a price on true love and the best treatment for your best friend!

The vet is terrific - would definitely give her a 5. However, the support staff are polite, but not pro-customer, and have provided incorrect, and unhelpful information about my pet. If the vet was not so good, would rate this business lower than 3

I love Petvax Midtown! Our dog was very sick as a puppy and all of the staff was absolutely wonderful and helped us nurse her back to health. She is always so well taken care of and the staff loves to see her every time she has an appointment. I can not say enough good things!

Great folks here that really care about the animals. The lead veteranarian at the midtown office is honest and doesn't try to gouge. He has taken great care of my pets.

For the safety of all you call inside upon arrival and someone comes to your vehicle. You pet is taken inside for you if necessary and then returned to you. A lot of visits are done carside for safety purposes. Staff is very attentive.

They where very attentive, patient and knowledgeable.

Love this place. I never have to wait long.. Prices are decent and they are a close commute to my home. Covid restrictions in place so you can't go in, drop off only. They always clip my kitty's nails complimentary because she's still a baby. My Luna girl seems to be happy with them, she always seems fine after her shots.

The entire staff was thoughtful and caring with my fur baby. As a German Shepherd rescue she is very shy and afraid to trust, but they understood and were calm and loving with her. Dr. Kodali is very knowledgeable and an asset to the Midtown location!

Took my kitten for her first vaccinations. They clipped her nails as a courtesy. Probably because I'm a new pet owner and they wanted to help out. A bit pricey per my not so new pet owner friends.

Absolutely L O V E PetVax Midtown. The staff at the Midtown location is so sweet. They are super helpful when it comes to answering all my millions of questions. Dr. Davis is an awesome doctor and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. He takes his time explaining and going into details. My sweet babies love coming to the vet and they used to hate coming. Which makes my heart happy. Thank you so much PetVax for treating my babies like their your own babies too. ❤️
