Very helpful with rescue group getting pup on transport in a timely manner.

Like them but one of the front desk receptionists could be faster.

This office is not what it used to be. The current staff doesn’t seem to have adequate training regarding office practices/record keeping/customer service. I updated records countless times regarding my address and pet info after my pet passed away and the records are still wrong in their system, making every phone call/visit a painful reminder of the loss. On my latest visit, I was overcharged by staff that didn’t know to verify if my pet was sterile before the transaction, and then wasn’t trained to correct her mistake. She had to have someone call me back about it the following day, which did not happen. Three days later, I called back in myself and was told my account would be credited rather than my money returned to me, and when I refused, she asked for my credit card info aka “we’re not giving your money back that we mistakenly took from you unless you protest.” And to top it off, while getting my card, I heard her tell someone else “why don’t you have your card ready if you called wanting a credit?” though she didn’t think I could hear her. I had to call back in, I had to do THEIR job and track down my own refund, so no I didn’t have my card in my hand. When I confronted her about it, she deflected and began asking me the SAME hurtful questions about the records for my lost pet because their records were STILL not up to date. Lastly, she also was NOT trained to correct the overcharge, only took my credit card info, leaving me with ANOTHER waiting period for an office manager to contact me back. Save yourself a headache and potential financial error and go SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The people at the desks do not know what they are doing. They give me wrong information and tell me to wait for a call back but no call comes.

Do not go to this animal hospital. Twice have we taken our dogs there and twice have treated them poorly to the point where both passed away. They don't even have the decency to know to not laugh in the background as you're in the room alone with your friend to say your last goodbyes after they just let them die due to malpractice. Twice this happened to us in this same animal hospital. If you care about your friend, do not go here.

Need to give ppl BACK THERE PET MEDICAL RECORDS. AND be more knowledgeable about pets that are sent there 2 seen from Memphis animal service

They were just wonderful, with my pit baby she was so broke out her hair had fallen out on her back she was bleeding they took her with out hesitation treated her.the money wasn't ever a concern. They were all about helping my baby. Gave her the the treatment and meds without any cash but helped me get the funding. I love them

Good service, the best flea treatment medicine and prices.

They helped my assist my baby cross the rainbow Bridge. Some of the staff was very loving and nice.. however there were some staff that are stand offish and felt rude. As I was holding my baby to pass there was staff directly outside the door cutting up and laughing and had 0 respect towards us in this time. When someone is saying goodbye to their loved one they should not be hearing staff laughing and cutting up right outside of the door. I was not able to have a good moment for her passing. The doctor was amazing though and I appreciate their help. Just take into consideration when there's someone saying good bye to their pet.

Great experience with Dr. Montgomery and his staff. Great prices, caring staff and great service.

Just took my cat, Gato, there today and everyone was so pleasant. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. He and the nurse were very gentle and caring with Gato. Definitely my new vet for my pup and kitty.

They care a lot about the animals that come thru the door...

They take good care of my cats and spend time explaining and finding solutions for my cats. They truly go above and beyond. As much as I hate having ti take my cats to a vet, they make it easy and my cats have recovered from their illnesses very quickly after being treated there!

The staff was super friendly and took care of my dog quickly. She is a diabetic and only needed her nails trimmed but stress on a blind deaf dog is bad. They jumped right on helping me and her to get it done quickly. I will recommend them highly.
