First time going here, very nice experience. Staff is friendly and informative. Did not get to meet the veterinarian, yet that's OK, as this was just a cat shave and immunizations. The previous place we went was awful and suggested hundreds of dollars of things we did not need.

A great place for our pets ran by wonderful, concerned people. Much better than that OTHER vet down the road.

There is a $1,000 reward for any witness to come forward of what happened to our Gordy's right eye, while he was being examined for an ear infection around July 7, 2021. Gordy was a rescue, we loved him very much. RIP my sweet boy. Five zero one, three two six, eight nine six one.

Such a wonderful place. Truly. The staff and veterinarians there helped my sweet darling, Jauqimo cross the rainbow bridge. They were so nurturing and kind to him and to me. As devastating and traumatic as an experience that was, it could not have been made any more . . . pleasant . . . than the experience that the Pinnacle Valley staff provided.

This is the second time I have had issues with the place yes nice in person .but over the phone the front desk people just issue there .if it's a emergency situation and your animal needs to be seen asap forget it specifically if you have a expensive dog .last year I was turned away because they all were on vacation my dog ended up passing away because I had to go to a less rated vet.this time a different dog it's like it's the same situation but because it's just me but my dog isn't significant sick like the last dog .when I say me it's just me it's because I show up in work cloth and not driving a Lamborghini or land Rover kinda money .my advice is to not call and just show up to get a solid answer bring in your sick dog and get there dogs sick they will have to see your dog then and not be sitting one there cell phone all day checking there fans only page

Received a bill for payment for medicine picked up 4/29/2021. Stated “wrong credit card”. It was the MasterCard used the last 15 years. Always zero balance on card. Never received a bill in 19 years as pay for services during each visit. Called to advise number again and mailbox is full. Cannot leave a message. Terribly frustrating!

Dr. Mehaffy and the staff are the BEST in Little Rock!!! I wish everyone knew how kind, considerate, and great of a person Dr. Mehaffy really is. The animal world NEEDS more caring vets like her!! We go out of the way from Conway to see them. Very friendly and pleasant, knowledgeable, highly professional. Would recommend them to anyone who asked!

I’m very disappointed with Pinnacle Valley. I called several times trying to follow up with concerns about new dietary changes for my cat (which the vet recommended), and no one ever called me back. I held out for a few weeks trying to be understanding that they are busy, but it’s seems like a lack of responsiveness and care for the animals. Staff is nice enough, but that doesn’t cut it when your fur baby needs medical guidance and no one is there to help.

We love Dr. Bierbaum! Been our family vet since I was a baby.

Great vets and good service WHILE YOU ARE THERE. If you have questions or need help and you are not at an appointment, good luck. You will get only crickets. So disappointed.

The vets are nice when you are there in person. Problem is they are booked up a week in advance and require an appointment. Whoever works the phone is not accommodating. We have two pups under a year old, the lack of flexibility cost you vet/boarding care for two dog lives! Moving on...

As always, my experience at PV was great. Friendly people and a qualified veterinarian in Cole Beerbaum makes for a satisfied human customer and a healthy canine.

Dr. Bierbaum always goes out of his way to help not just our dogs, but made a house call when our chickens were sick recently. Highly recommend.

Love the staff here. I had not been by in several years due to my dogs moving to Atlanta. Walked in with new puppy that adopted us and was immediately greeted by name by a couple of the old timers. Very caring staff may not be the cheapest bet in town but they are most definitely worth a few pennies more
