My “girls” and I love Dr. Stacy and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to receive personal andkk no professional care for them.

We are new to Cantrell animal hospital after leaving a long time vet after several bad experiences with new staff. We had an emergency one morning with our little Duffy and called them up and was so glad to be able to be seen that morning. They were so nice and helpful and showed such compassion for this animal they didn’t know well at all. We got down to the bottom of our issue and was able to start meds that day that turned Duffys life around. The clincher occurred at Duffys check up the next week and the complete happiness the Doctor had that Duffy was so much better. He truly cares about these babies and their owners. So glad we found a new vet home.

The care that CAC and Doc Barnett has provided to Harper in her time of need is second to none. We couldn't ask for a better experience, and this is evidenced by the fact that Harper gets SO EXCITED to visit the vet! We love the Doc and everyone on the team. 10/10

I would not recommend taking your pets here, especially if they are suffering from major health issues. Our cat was wheezing and coughing for years and despite our concerns that it was a respiratory issue, the doctor insisted it was just a hair ball. At our first trip to a different clinic, they took x-rays and he was diagnosed with feline asthma. We came to this clinic for many years, but unfortunately they are not thorough enough and very careless with their check ups.

Everyone was very friendly and I could not have chosen a bet vet to have taken my dog Hosts to.Thank you so much.

We have been with Dr. Barnett at Cantrell Animal Clinic for 3-4 years now. They take care of my 6 year old labradoodle, Heidi, and my 3 year old husky, Meiko. We've never had a bad experience. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that they spoil them too much. Lol. Just like any other business, they give us suggestions on what we should buy. The difference is they don't push it on us, they leave it for us to decide. If you're new to the area or if you have an accident while in central AR, they are more than worth your time!

I would give this place the full 5 stars its Veterinarians deserve but unfortunately, they have a receptionist on staff (Yolanda) who I believe is highly unprofessional and does not have the skills necessary for taking care of disgruntled customers. I spent almost $700 with them on Monday the 29th as a new client and was told I could receive my requested flea/tick meds by weds(which they do not carry). The woman was nice and agreed to call. Well...no call. Which is totally fine. I was able to call this morning to attain the status of those meds. That is when Yolanda came into the picture. She obviously did not know about the agreement made between me and the other employee. She told me repeatedly they do not have that flea/tick med there. She continued saying it even after my saying "I know you do not have it there." I was simply trying not to lapse with meds and I was afraid the date she gave to speak to someone (not receive) would make it too late for me by the time I recieved my meds. I tried to explain my disgruntled-ness with her in that I was made to believe this would be a painless process and its proving not to be. She started cutting me off at every turn by this point to repeat they don't offer it, try ordering online. I honestly needed a moment to accept the changes in my now altered life plan. Order online? I have never done that before. I like simple, I prefer face to face interactions whenever possible. Especially since so much can obviously get misconstrued. So, as I accept the fate of my new plan and explain to the lady she doesn't need to keep telling me what I already know (listening to her saying it at this point as if I am a child or deaf, enunciating every syllable)...that now I need her help in explaining the process of online orders....she cuts me off and says "Ma'am we are not doing this today" and HANGS UP ON ME!!!!!!! I was not yelling, cussing or anything. Simply trying to get her to stop talking long enough to hear me....THE CUSTOMER. I promise you, I did not spend $700 with a brand new vet to get hung up on by their employees because they can't handle a slightly troubling situation. This review is a direct reflection of Yolanda. I have had no problems from any other staff, they have all been helpful and kind in my journey of adoption of an 8lb abused chorkie. :) They were even kind in helping me with the passing of my cat last november. Allowing me in with him to say goodbye when my other vet would not. Thank you truly for that.

I can not express how thankful we are for everyone at Cantrell Animal Clinic! You guys have been so gracious with us during this rough time and have taken great care of our Rooney! We pray he will get to come home soon.

Hands down the BEST care team, we have EVER had for our fur baby! Even when my daughter was a nervous wreck over leaving "Lu" with your team, they took the time to answer her questions and ease her mind. Thank you for that kindness and all of you, for your dedicated work with animals.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE FOR GROOMING! They think ‘ Groom’ means shave. They have done this twice. The first time was our first visit and we told them never do it unless we asked them to do so. Took both dogs in yesterday and Yolanda, not our usual groomer, basically left them with major razor burns and cuts. Neither wants to go to the bathroom and keep sitting down. Smaller dog is worse and even starts shaking when she goes out. Taking to OUR vet tomorrow.

Please don't send your dogs to this place. I called twice before I came. The groomer was very rude to me, my kids, and my dog. Lou Lou's right eyebrow was shaved down to the skin of her brow with a patch of hair spiked, her left eyebrow had a bad jagged cut, Lou Lou had a skirt on one side and no skirt on the other, she had dry blood on her right shoulder, she was cut to her white skin over her left ear, some hair was left on her legs unevenly and the other legs had very little hair. They still charged me for very poor service. Lou Lou was shaking very bad, she had hair dust every where because they didn't blow her off, powder dust was getting all over my kids and the back seat of the car. I really don't think they bathed Lou Lou.

Cantrell Animal Clinic is wonderful, they have been taking care of my dog since she was a puppy and they have always been so kind to us both. They truly love animals. They also remember my name and take time to talk to me about my life every time I go in. They provide expert care with all the charm of a small town practice. I couldn’t be happier.They also don’t over charge for their services.

The staff at Cantrell Animal Clinic are wonderful. Great customer service and knowledgeable. The groomers are top notch and are so loving to my pups. Thank you for all you do! Dr. Barnett is the best!

Cantrell Animal Clinic is an amazing place where your pets are loved! All of my pets have been patients of Dr. Barnett and he and his staff have always showed love and compassion. Highly, highly recommend!

This clinic treats your fur babies like there own. I had my doggo spayed here and they did an excellent job! They even provided a gown to keep her from irritating and opening it . thank u for your business!
