I feel like these people are genuine and caring. One of the vets accidentally hurt my feelings a little and was so apologetic.

Dr. Winter, this is Dorothy Roche. I wanted to tell you again how appreciative I am for what you did for Wally and how you handled the situation. I know it was very hard for you to tell VJ and I what happened. The situation was unfortunate, but unavoidable. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say that you are the most kind and caring vet I have ever known. You calling us while we were on vacation was the best decision you have ever made. I know you did everything possible for Wally and I am so very grateful that you were right there for him since I was unable to be. Also, thank you for sending Wally’s records. It was very comforting. Thank you again.

Fabulous vets but outrageous prices. Trimming cats claws went from $12 to $20 with no explanation.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Winter and staff for 20+ years. He has always be very helpful and treated my kids (cats) as if they were his own. I wouldn't take my cats to any other vet! Dr. Winter was out when I had to put my last cat to sleep because of cancer. Dr. Julie was VERY helpful and comforted us. She reassured us that it was time and the best thing for him. After all, we all wants what's best for our pets for them not to have to suffer. We even received a letter in the mail a few weeks later signed from everyone in the office offering their heart felt condolences.

I drove to the Clinic because my dog needed her nails cut. I tried to park in their parking lot, but I couldn't because there was a lot of snow on the parking lot and I couldn't get my car in there. So I had to park further down from them. A guy came out and took my dog so that I wouldn't slip and slide on the ice. After they were done, he brought my dog back out. And he was slipping and sliding, lol! The woman on the phone was really, really nice too. I sure do recommend them.

They were awesome. I have a dog with new pups. I was worried about her. They saw me today and I thank God for them. Awesome experience.This has become my new clinic!

Dr. Marvin, is an exceptional DVM! He is very through, and he listens to my observations about my pet. He and his staff genuinely care. You don’t always find people like that in today’s world. I am thankful my dog goes to Bellevue Animal Clinic.

From the people who answer the phone, to the nurses who assist with my dog, Bellevue Animal Clinic has been absolutely amazing! The amount of love and care they put into their patients and families is evident. Dr. Marvin and Dr. Pate are extremely professional, kind, clear, and concise. I would highly recommend to anyone to bring your animal here, where they will be treated like family.

Customer service is wonderful. I just take my dog for nail trimmings. The receptionist and Techs are wonderful to talk to and deal with.

Everybody was so kind, and they made sure to talk me through everything and give me options to choose from. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here.

So I found a stray dog in need of medical attention. I take it to the bellevue animal clinic assuming that I’m probably going to have a new dog. They tell me that it’s microchiped find the owner and then I get the bill for the clinic visit! I called they’re telling me that I’m going to have to pay and they’re sorry that it was a stray. I will never use Bellevue animal clinic this is horrible customer service and a disservice to the pet owning community. And I will continue to post this probably weekly because I’m petty like that. #bellevuesux

These people very very kind and compassionate towards my mother and I while having to say goodbye to a beloved dog/family member. Warmth isn't something that can be purchased. Compassion can't be purchased. In a profession like this I can imagine those two things are the most difficult to hold onto. This facility has with an iron clad fist. Spend your money with people who CARE for your pets.

I have taken my dog and 3 cats to this clinic. Staff are excellent and the vets have always taken good care of them and answered my questions. My dog is known for getting into trouble after hours and Bellevue was always excellent in taking over his care, IV fluids, etc. after he was discharged from the ER vet. Prices are reasonable and explained well.

Lincoln loves Dr. Marvin and Dr. Pate. Both care sincerely about your pet and give the best care. The staff are very friendly also and the establishment is clean. They are like family!
