Their receptionist Melissa is very rude and spends her free time attacking people on reviews they give to other animal hospitals. She thinks she can do that because she “has 17+ years in veterinary technician“. She spent a whole day criticizing my review and telling me how uneducated and classless I am. Then went on to give breakdowns of treatment plans that she isn’t qualified to do. It’s really sad that someone feels the need to spend hours criticizing others. Not a good look for her or the workplace that she represents on the same social media that she bashes people.

Took great care of my dog while I was on vacation. She actually came home better behaved which was a nice perk.

Good vet and they allow for chewy.com orders (which most local vets around me won't do). However, they have a "drop off" system instead of making an appt and bringing in your animal to see with the vet right then, at least that is what we have had to do the past couple times we have gone there. Since we don't live in town, this makes a simple appt take all day, instead of 30 mins, while we wait around for them to call back hours later when they are done. Also, the interior of the building seems a little run down and dusty. But overall they have treated our animals well and are available when we need them.

I have taken my cats and dogs to Vet are for nearly 30 years. I can count on Dr. Reed to take the very best care of the animals I love. He is willing to go above and beyond. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I took my puppy here to get her shots and they were very quick and nice, The prices weren’t high at all! Will be taking her here again!

Took our dog in to get fixed. Over 4 hours later I check in and ask if my dog is ok and I am rudely told they didn't bother checking on her and wouldn't. Not what I would call professional especially since I was the only car there. I'd understand if they were busy but they weren't, they just didn't care.

They seen my little dog when I couldn't get an appointment any where else. Very friendly staff and they fixed my Bity girl right up. It was her first visit here but seems to be a very good veterinarian. ????????♥️????????

I don't know but maybe I didnt sound white over the phone, I called and told them my 4 week old pup was caught chewing on a dead mice and she quickly asked have i been there before i said no and she told me they don't have anything at the moment. I literally was sitting in the parking lot watching them take another dog in a caucasian old lady. My PUPPY could actually die and she was so nonchalant about it. I have never been in and i sure wouldn't come back to this place. Even with the other reviews it just makes me feel away.

We took out cat to be spayed very unfriendly never call to give us an update on I had to call at pick up time all they wanted was to be paid never gave us any after care instructions nor have called to check on him

Nice veterinarian clinic that can take care of most, if not all of your pet needs. We use them mostly for boarding and they are good. They answer questions if you call and allow visitors to check on your pets too. I have used them for some pet care in the past and they are good with that too but a little more pricey than some other providers in the area.

My otis loves Dr Reed and the entire staff...the only vet we will ever use
