She took care of our 2 dog's that hadn't been groomed in a long time Explained everything that she was going to do and called us when she was done. Both turns out fantastic and we will be going back again. Price was really reasonable especially with all she did. Would highly recommend.

They didn't brush out my dogs hair

This was an AMAZING experience in every way! I called as my now former groomer literally canceled on me an hour prior to my appointment I had for over two weeks. After calling all over Conway AND Greenbrier (while being told hardly anyone is taking new clients, and if they are, they are booked out up to the end of the year), this sweet groomer said, surely bring her on over! I’m super picky and OCD. The quality of this groom was perfection. Her toenail polish has lasted, and she came back HAPPY even after having had her shots earlier in the day, so she must have had fun! Perfect in every way! Excellent prices! We will be back!

My doodle gets very car sick so I groom at home most of the time, so he doesnt have to travel. He had a vet appt so we were just down the road, and had just groomed him myself the night before, but I'm nervous about sanitary grooms and hubby was out of town and not able to help me hold him so I called and they let me drop in and did a sanitary groom on him for me. They were very nice on the phone and in person, and very sweet to my puppy! While I know I am not a professional and my at home grooms are not perfect but they make him more comfortable than getting car sick on the way there and back. I keep him clean and mat free. They did not shame me for that or try and push getting him done there instead. She said bring him in anytime I needed help with the areas I'm not comfortable with. I have him shaped up professionally once or twice a year and from now on will make sure we go there instead of anywhere else! They earned a new customer today and will be getting recommendations from me from now on! Thank you ladies!

Olivia is an angel. her and her husband truly love to care for dogs there and you can tell they are not just in it for money!!
