Seemed liked they cared more about getting their money than the pet itself

My dog sustained a fairly serious head wound that required a visit to the vet. His usual vet was out of town so I started calling around to others in the area but all were too busy to see him. The Faulkner County Veterinary Clinic was busy too but they made time to get my dog in and treat him. These are caring people and I enthusiastically recommend them to other pet owners.

I went to vet school with Dr. Carl and so have known him 30+ years. He has always been very straight forward, honest, and caring. I would trust him with my pets.

Very friendly staff. Gracious, accommodating... Being new in the area, I was touched by the extension of their courtesy toward me. Will definitely be back for all my pet's needs.

I have seen 3 different vets in Faulkner County in the past few weeks. Everyone of them besides Dr. Fulton made me feel like I was a horrible Dog Owner. I had major concerns on a limited budget and everyone from him to the front staff was amazing. Dr. Fulton was upfront with me on the issues as well as the cost all the way though. I am so thankful and grateful that I found this office and my new Vet Home for Life.

Severe neck wounds to my Australian Shepherd from a pack of dogs attacking him. Faulkner Animal Clinic has done an outstanding job saving him.

We had to put down our kitty but they were very professional and sympathetic to my little girls loss, also they've taken good care of our animals in the past, inserted a pin into my dogs leg after being hit by a car and it healed great.

We've taken our cat and dog there mostly with no problems, but the last time will unfortunately be the last time due to the experience we had with the staff not listening (short story: the front desk person was on the phone when I asked for my dog and charged me for someone else's vet bill which I only caught because the lady told me my dog (already spayed) had had a hysterectomy and gave me some pain medication; they also administered the wrong medication for my dog)... I'm not putting all the blame on the staff here because I had planned on staying with my dog while she was checked for heartworm and got her nails trimmed and anal glands expressed, but I'd triple booked my day with appointments so I just dropped her off. I asked them to give my dog Heartguard for heartworm prevention or "the same thing the vet in South Carolina gave her last year" (which I could not remember but turned out to be Sentinel, I wasn't sure but they had the records to check). Those are both oral options, but they gave her the Proheart6 shot (which has a horrible history of negative effects and I remember my previous vet saying she didn't like giving the shot, especially since my dog's age is not solidly determined and you can't start it once the pup gets past 7 years old). My dog is having an adverse reaction and at one point I thought she would die. We will just have to wait six months until the med gets out of her system, and I really hope there are no permanent problems from this. They should really make it a practice to advise of the negative side effects associated with this medication because I would have adamantly refused it after learning what I've learned about the shot this week. I was going to take her back in but I'm going to look for a different vet because of two other things: 1) When I came to pick my dog up, they person who checked us out handed me pain medication which surprised me, and she said, "Well, she had a hysterectomy!" But my dog had already been spayed. Unfortunately, she'd already run my credit card on someone else's bill. That in itself isn't the end of the world, but combined with the Proheart shot, it's enough to make me not want to go back, especially because 2) They gave my cat medication that specifically says, "NOT FOR CATS" repeatedly on it and told my husband it was fine to give my cat without any further explanation other than the receptionist saying, "I give it to my cat and it will be fine because your cat is big."

I brought my male Rottweiler in and he will be 4 months on October 1st. The male vet said that it was the hiccups but he has been in pain since we got him. We told the vet that he was in pain and that it was getting worse but he blew it off. He just doesn’t want to say that he was wrong. Then we figured out that he had parasites eating his intestines which he hadn’t even checked for at first. We bought the treatment and that’s better but my dog is still in pain and it’s getting worse. He is a service dog and if he dies then we will sue him and the vets office. I do not recommend the male vet to anyone if they want their animal to be ok and not suffer! I do not remember his name but if the clinic wants to not be sued then they best fix THEIR mistake. They are fixing it

They trimmed our vicious chiweenie's razor sharp claws and no fingers were lost by any of us ????. They were very gentle and caring and allowed me to assist to keep her calm. Plan to have her 'fixed' there once she's old enough.

This is a good veterinary clinic—a no nonsense operation without a lot of fluff, just down to earth veterinary care provided by Dr. Carl Fulton an affable and gentle vet with many years of experience. I have been bringing animals here for almost 25 years and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. The good doctor is rock steady although the staff seems to change regularly, although I suspect that is just the nature of staffing those kind of positions.
