I took two of my Fur baby's for a pet visit and was refused by a Tech to see a vet for a skin condition for one of them and they wouldn't attempt to see him and they had a vet there and I have been going there for 8 years we will not be back poor business and professionalism

I love them all there they really care about you and your babies I would suggest this place a million times over and over again.

One of the only vets in town that know how to treat exotic animals. I have brought my hedgehog here twice and felt very comfortable. The whole staff are friendly and helpful. My hedgehog wasn't cooperating with a nail trim and they were gentle, patient and even let me go in the back to help, when they saw it was too much for him they refunded the cost and helped me find a solution. I've dealt with vets who don't care about pets stress levels or wellbeing as long as they make money, so I very much appreciated this clinic.

They do an excellent job of caring for our critters. Dog and cats. The only downside is they seem a bit pricey. Other than that they really care for your animals.

Gave my cat who was struggling with some form of partial neurological paralysis an injection of muscle relaxers that caused him to overdose and die as soon as I got home. So, maybe don't trust them with your animals life.

Even tho my dog always throws a fit and gets aggressive when it comes to his temperature being taken, they always handle him with care and kindness! He always gives them kisses after the appointment is done. I'm very grateful for everyone there!

Thank you for being able to see my chinchilla today! I really appreciate that you were able to work him in even though you have a very busy schedule. I was very satisfied with the care he got, and I recommend all small animal owners go here for their pet’s needs. As I listened in the office to the number of urgent calls that were coming in, they never come told someone they couldn’t see their pet. They either asked if they could do a drop off and pick up later or head that way. Chestnut is VERY flexible and reliable. I’m super grateful that there is a vet in Conway I can count on for my chinchilla.

I was absolutely amazed and impressed at the level of expertise, professionalism, and care received during an emergency visit at Chestnut Vet Clinic! I had a cat that was misdiagnosed with asthma and given incorrect treatment at two previous clinics. He was literally dying and I couldn't get proper help. As soon as Chestnut opened we called and even though they were booked for the day, they still worked us in due to the emergency! As soon as we got there, they took my kitty Loki to the back and got to work. Within 5 minutes or less they identified the issue. His chest cavity was filled with 190mL of fluid! My cat is alive and getting better all thanks to Dr. Andrew's and the tech crew! ♥️ Thank you all so so so so much! We plan on using this clinic for all future veterinary needs!

I have had to find good care for my dogs throughout the years. Specifically having recently moved - I rely heavily on reviews posted by others. My hope is that this review will help them decide to take their pets to Chestnut. Dr. Muerer is the absolute BEST with my dog. Now that I am living in a new city and have tried different clinics I can honestly say that I MISS this place and this staff and Dr. Muerer. He always listened to me and offered suggestions, treatments and best course of action for whatever my sweet pups faced. I would highly recommend Chestnut and specifically Dr. Muerer to anyone!

Misdiagnosed my dog which killed him!! Continued to not listen to us for two weeks and two trips! Of course they got their money though cause that's what they seem to care about. $1000 to kill my 11 month old lab. Of I had the money I would sue because I know I have a case.

Do not go here. They told me my dog was gonna live and she died the next day. They misdiagnosed her and made us do unnecessary things for our money. The staff is rude also.

Always amazing to come here. They help my fiancé with her dog calypso, they've helped with my cat soob, and they help with my German shepherd jack!!

These people are great. They know their practice well, and do great with exotic pets. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The staff and doctors are so kind. They took great care of my dwarf bunny. So thankful to find animal hospital that treats exotic pets.

They fit me in the same day I called for an appointment for my kitten who had torn out her claw and was in a lot of pain. I knew they were busy so I really appreciated it! Gigi is feeling better already.

Very professional and kind during a difficult time....only place I could find to look at my snake as many veterinarians don't see reptiles in this area. And they were kind to work me in on a day they were booked

Everyone here was really nice and this was by far the least expensive vet I could find in Conway!

They are hard working staff, trying to please everyone. They are a good staff that cares!!!

The reason puts the negative review here, because the doctor told me, my bunny will be fine after the treatment, however, after following his treatment, my bunny pass-away in one day after. He had a death in pain in the last minutes of his life. I am sad, not just because he cannot come back anymore, I wish the doctor could tell me the truth, at least allow me to say goodbye to him on the last day of his life. I throw away the medicine already. I called the day he passed away, then the clinic told me that he is really sick at that time, what a lie, completely different from what they told me one day ago. I will not go back anymore for my other pets.

Malpractice and refusal to take responsibility, does not ask for consent for specific procedures or warning of what could happen. Lost my ball of sunshine due to them.

They are as sweet and kind with my pet as they could be. the health issue hasn't been resolved though
