Great vet, clean office, friendly staff and fair prices. Couldnt recommend more.

Kitty was taken there for a free spay/neuter payed for by Jacksonville animal shelter. There was no mention of any additional fee for Microchip on the paperwork given to me by the animal shelter - nor when I dropped off the kitty in the morning. Upon afternoon pickup - they billed me for a Microchip (that the kitty already had from my own vet). $40. They refused to give me my cat until is was paid and after contacting them again, they passed the buck saying it was the Jacksonville Animal shelters fault for not informing me of this. Even though it was not on any paperwork that was given to me when adopting this kitty.

The staff here are friendly and helpful! They did a great job answering all my questions and took their time checking out my boys. We appreciated seeing smiles and faces and not masks and curbside only service.

I have used this place for years, but no more. They have seriously gone downhill since they have been down to one vet. I have had multiple problems with them over the past year or so. I kept making excuses because they were convenient, but some point, I have to pay attention to all the red flags and move on. I hate being lied to, and they have done that one time too many. They will lie to your face rather than acknowledge a mistake. If I can’t trust them to tell the truth, then I can’t trust them with my pets.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Our King Charles Cavalier looks forward to her boarding weekends and gets excited in the truck every time she sees the building as we arrive. Highly recommend for boarding.

I brought my friend's dog here and the office is very clean, the staff is really friendly and location is in a nice area. My friend's dog lovers going to All For Pets. She was so excited on the drive there she could hardly contain herself. She was even happier when it was her turn to be seen. My friend's dog and I liked this place.

I called to get an appointment for my 2 cats and got a day and time... Then the receptionist said for each cats checkup and shots would be $276.00 each. I said "DO What?" I said cancel and hung up.. With high prices you demand for cat care I would have to take a loan out!!!!! $276.00 each for two cats for checkup and shots is $552.00???? Your receptionist quoted that price. I went to a reliable vet who has been in business for 25 years and guess what? My cats got a full checkup with 2 shots each and wormed, for, for wait for it, $117.00 total for both.... Now all I have to say is y'all should be in jail for deception and robbery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place and friendly staff. Dr. D. is awesome. Treats your furbaby like her own.

This place really cares about your animals.

I do not recommend this place they will take advantage of you, instead of giving you options they will charge you for something and if it does not work they will not own up to not fixing the problem they will only blame it on you and your dog and charge you again. If the vet makes a mistake she will not even see you afterwards she allows her staff to call and speak with you the customer service is great they are nice but they would rather keep taking your money then to take responsibility and fix the problem without charging you. I am very disappointed in this vet I trusted her and in the end I was taken advantage of. Now they have lost a customer for good.

The staff is excellent here. They are very respectful to their customers and they are wonderful with all of the pets they care for. Even though we love in Searcy, we still prefer to drive to Cabot to take our 2 dogs here.

Good for microchip for cats

It took 2 hours from time we arrived for our APPOINTMENT to have basic annual shots

I’m very Impressed with Doctor & staff. My pup Goose had an injured paw and they saw him right away and took care of him. Very caring and gave meds and made me feel at ease that he would heal up fine. I think we’ve found a new vet!

Loved that they fit us right in as new customer/patient. Very nice group, welcoming and loving to my dog! The above was 2 years ago. Today, my beagle puppy has been sick from worms. Trying to get a message to the Dr is near impossible. And to have to wait from Friday to Tuesday at 4 pm for a sick visit is unacceptable. I love Dr Durham, but if I call upset/worried I would think there would be some sense of urgency.. Nope

Got my pup up to date on his shots, dealt with some nasty allergies all with ease. Super friendly staff. Reasonable prices for boarding and services!!

Serious lack of communication between employees and between office and pet owner. Impossible to get explanation of testing needs, results, likely causes of results and purpose/need for medications prescribed. Microchip procedure and cost is excessive and was also done elsewhere.

I took my dogs there for several years and the care was comparable to most other places. The location of the office was convenient. Occasionally the front desk staff are not very friendly. I decided to take my dogs somewhere else because I have always found it unprofessional that they misrepresent their vet techs as "nurses". Every job is important but people should not identify as a nurse if they're not. It's offensive. Especially now.

Very kind and quick. We needed our babies monthly heart guard while we were evacuating for a hurricane, they got us handled sam day!
