I brought my kitten in for a simple procedure, and he died while in their care. No evidence was given to back their “guess” on why he died on their operating table. He was the sweetest and most loving kitten I have ever had. My other cats can’t stop looking for him. He will always be part of my family. This has been a horrible experience.

They are the most wonderful people. They always take such good care of my baby boy.

We highly recommend Springhill Animal hospital for veterinary care and for boarding! Very caring & knowledgeable vet, and office staff is great, as well. Our Puggles is undergoing heart worm treatment, and they've gone the 2nd mile in helping us through this and relieving our fears. This is who we've used for previous dogs & cats, and we wouldn't use anyone else!

I have been bringing my pets to Springhill for at least 15 years. The staff are the best! They are very knowledgeable and have been nothing but kind to me and my pets. I have boarded my pets there also. They always come home healthy and happy! They get so excited anytime we have gone there. That says a lot! I highly recommend Springhill to all my friends and family.

I waited for 45 minutes before they ever saw my dog. instead of a vet coming in and talking to me before they did an exam on my dog, they carried him to the back and did an exam so no one knew to look at his eyes. When he was brought back into the room with me I mentioned his eyes and she told me that they had four people waiting and she could not do any more exam on my dog. But they did charge me full price. this is my second time dealing with this vet the first time I came she looked at my dog and said that she had allergies, without doing any testing. So I went through about $200 of medication and guess what, it wasn't allergies. I've called three times about this situation and no one can seem to return my phone call. Do not deal with this vet. Take the time and wait for another one it will be worth it.

I am so glad that I have someone that cares for my furry family, like I do. I know when I need help or just have a question Dr. Hollingsworth and his staff are there for us. They have great service at a reasonable price too!

Dr. Hollensworth takes great care of his patients. He's knowledgeable, patient ( even with the humans), and tells you what is going on & why. Needed advice about what to get for ticks for my dog who was covered. Told us what we needed without having to make an appointment just had to run in and get the medicine. They are super friendly here!

I couldn't imagine any veterinary in town being better than this one. They were such a blessing and were so helpful when we had to put down our dog. Highly recommended

Very reasonable prices, good care

Giving a two star because they were nice but I did not like how the woman took my dog to the back to get his temp and weigh him, but came back 10 minutes later saying they already did what they had to with him. I didn’t feel like arguing so I paid my money (not knowing if they really did what they were supposed too) and left. So definitely not coming back because I like to see EVERYTHING that’s being done to my fur baby.
