Waited out side for a half hour, just for my cat to die suffering in my arms

I called this morning for a sick visit. My pupper was seen and treated by 11 am! The staff is fantastic. The visit is done promptly. My pupper is two years old. We have used this clinic since we got him!

Always on schedule. Friendly and explain issues and what options are available.

Congo Road helped my cat recover from a unrinary issue so quickly and easily! the staff was so nice and professional and made helped my cat and I tremendously.

I've used this clinic for a little over a year with no complaints and decent service, but the true measure of a business happens after they make a mistake. Two weeks ago I took my dog here for an ear culture so we could get to the bottom of her reoccurring ear infections, and when I showed up today for the recheck exam, we discovered the ear culture had been lost and never sent in. I'm sure I could have gotten pretty upset since this meant two more return visits and putting my dog through all this again, and had I gotten upset, I probably could have demanded a discount or something. Instead, it was so refreshing to see this business immediately do the right, professional thing. The doctor came in and offered a sincere apology and then immediately said he wouldn't charge me for the the ear culture, additional cleaning, and recheck appointment. In today's world where service seems to be on the back burner, it's good to see a business admit when they messed up and do their best to right their wrong. Mistakes happen every day. It's not whether you make them, it's how you handle them that matters. Great job Congo Road Clinic.

Awesome place for your fur babies to go

We were worked in for an emergency that our regular vet refused to see our dog for. My 4lb chihuahua was literally dying and our vet told us to go elsewhere. So we did and I’m SO glad we did! Dr Toms and the entire staff were very caring and empathetic. He took his time explaining everything in detail and I didn’t feel rushed one bit. He literally saved my furbaby’s life! We will be using Congo Road Animal Clinic from now on! Update 2 weeks later: Dr Toms did a life saving surgery within 24 hours for Pyometra. Amazing staff, amazing doctor, and they have my furbaby on the mend. I’m forever grateful they saved my best friend! I will never use another vet for as long as they are in practice.

We needed a 72hr visit with a new puppy because that is what the seller requires for there guarantee picked the puppy up on 8/14/2021 Saturday. We called days before pick up and they scheduled the 72 visit on 8/16/2021 Monday @ 1:20 pm but neither one could take the dog at that time we still booked it so we paid someone to come do it. We even scheduled shots on the 27th, so Monday comes around they tell them your not on the schedule we can't see the puppt after we scheduled almost a week in advance. I would give them a zero if I could very unprofessional said they could do it on Wednesday knowing it's a 72 hr checkup forget it been doing business there for years not anymore after that. I hope those vets read this post cause there office staff is losing them money.

Took my German Shepherd for a tumor removal and everything went great. Had to come back because he messed up the stitches and they were great about him having to come back.

I have been going for several years. You would think after being a consistent client they would be more responsive and convenient. They are very good to my dog, Baby; however, when it comes to the medication she needs that they do not have, they simply won't let the pharmacy call them to confirm prescription made by them or fax it to pharmacy. In this day and age, they will not, take a call, make a call or even prehistorically fax a prescription, so you have to mail it in and wait weeks while your beloved pet has to wait. They claim it could be fraud on pharmacy end. Really! I need heartworm medicine not narcotics!!!

My neighbor found a lost dog in Benton, without tags on its collar. We called all the vet clinics in Benton and Bryant. This receptionist wasn't interested in helping at all. She wouldn't even take my name and number. I listed the dog in Arkansas Pet lost and Found and the owner found us. Turns out the dog was a patient at Congo Road. He had unique eyes, so he stands out, but she didn't care.

They treat your animals like their own, they are very professional and reasonably priced.

Absolutely the worst place in the world!! If you have a heart DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! My cat is in trouble during labor and the awful person that answered the phone wouldn't even give me a chance to ask her a question and then the RUDE LADY HUNG UP ON ME because "They are not taking new patients" I'm totally disgusted by the lack of empathy and honestly hateful attitude I just experienced from this establishment! ????

Best vet ever. They always listen to what's going on and give the best treatment advice for your situation. Kind and compassionate.

Best vet around! Knows their stuff, doesn't over bill or try to offer unnecessary services. We have been going there for ten years and won't go anywhere else.

I have always loved this vet......i had an outstanding balance and therefore I can not return.....yes.....it's my place to pay my debts but when I picked my dog up I thought I had it all taken care of but I did not. I was sad I was mad and tried to fix but was told I could no longer use them.

This is a great clinic. They are very kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 definitely recommend. The new system for covid safely is really smart and it works well.
