Took my dog here first time last week for a nail trim. $15 which I couldn't complain about. In and out in around 10 minutes. Lots of happy looking pups inside getting groomed. Call to schedule an appointment!

They did a great job grooming my little guy. It was his first time at a groomer, and they were so kind to him. He loved it.

I take my Chihuahua there for nail cut & file. Takes less than 10 minutes. Staff handled dogs quite well.

So getting groomers to understand and actually take the time to care for my 2 dogs is rare unfortunately. I have 1 black chug and 1 boxer. Both are extremely special needs. Winston (chug) has very easily triggered epilepsy so any sort of stress or too much excitement will trigger a grandmal. Leroy is a dog fight rescue so any kenneling or hyper dogs will really bother him. Nicole was the first one here to actually take her time to accommodate those special needs. Even if anything did happen she handled it perfectly as requested. She will even double check on my dogs in between checkout to make sure they are still ok on the table. Absolutely would recommend Nicole

I brought my 4 month old puppy in for her first grooming. Nicole was distracted from our first introduction. She said it would be 2-3 hours. Four hours later she called and said puppy was ready. She also said our puppy was a sweetheart, the easiest dog she had all day. I asked how long was our puppy crated and Nicole did not answer, just gave excuses. After calling and speaking with owner Tina, it is clear with her rude attitude and excuses, talking over me and not taking ownership for 4 hour wait and terrible puppy cut, that she doesn't care about or need new customers. Got your message loud and clear.

Accidently ended up here. They accommodated my pup very well. Clean. Friendly staff. My dogs nails were properly trimmed and he looks to have enjoyed the entire experience. Would recommend.

We have been using this groomer for quite some time and been pleased until yesterday's results. When we picked her up she was very stressed which is not normal. She was having trouble swallowing and breathing normally. Also, We made sure to have it noted on our dog's card Not to shave her eyebrows off as she needs them to protect her eyes from direct light, whoever groomed her shaved her eye fringe off.Now she will have sore eyes until it grows back. When I called this morning to make a complaint the owner listened and said she was sorry but her attitude indicated otherwise. We will not be going back.

Wobderful, my koko would fight everyone, no matter how often he saw the same person. We bounced from groomer to groomer for years. Alea at scruffy to fluffy has been our groomer for almost two years. I get reports of great behavior and when i pick him up he's fully trimmed, no left over "he wouldnt let us" spots. She has created trust between them. Wonderful people!

They did a good job trimming and filing our dog. They were friendly and fast

I took my puppy bandit there and he smelled amazing after his bath his tails were trimmed and filed and his teeth were white as ever amazing job will be going back. Service was professional and nice.

Well had the best experience at here at Scruffy to flully the best customer service. Super value for price. Beats petsmart and the other by far. Dog whisper ain't much on her! I have the happiest pupps after there wash n cut. Gorgeous dogs! I mean show dogs cuts. Has to be the best cuts n town. You want show dog cuts at the best price in town. This the joint!

I FINALLY found somewhere I love taking my boy! First place to listen & deliver proper service. I showed them pictures for example, and they did EXACTLY as I asked. They even called to double check about trimming his tail & confirmed he was doing good. They made him look so handsome & clean! I will now be a regular client! I’ve taken my shihpoo to multiple places in Tucson & have had so many issues, to the point I’d be so anxious about his next grooming. I showed other groomers pictures, and everytime I picked him up feeling frustrated. Always cut way too short, uneven, and botched. We’ve dealt with lost collars, hot spot nightmares, cuts, welts, allergic reactions, appointments going way past pickup time, nails over clipped....the list continues. He’d always come home completely shaken up and uncomfortable. But I’m so relieved I don’t have to worry about that anymore. He came home from scruffy to fluffy completely happy with a smile on his face, and perfectly groomed. They got him done sooner than expected. Their customer service is fantastic, and the workers are kind. I recommend Scruffy to Fluffy to everyone!

I brought my golden mix in 2 summers ago for a trim, the worker seemed sweet, I told them a basic lion trim, all was good/understood so I left. They took a couple hours longer than expected. When we got home I realized my dog was literally pink his hair had been shaved so short. He had several cuts with dried blood all around his body and he could barely walk his hips seemed so sore. My dog gets groomed regularly and he’s always very chill but after visiting Scruffy to Fluffy my dog was so anxious/traumatized he was shaking uncontrollably for hours and he wouldn’t leave my side (he’s usually mr. independent). He fell asleep on my lap which is extremely out of character for him but he seemed exhausted and he continued to walk with a limp for several weeks after. When I picked him up the employees boyfriend was in the back patting Buddy with a pretty heavy hand on his side/hip area (he was 12 at the time) kinda caught me off guard. I went right back to my normal groomer and he has been great ever sense. I’m not sure what happened with these groomers at Scruffy to Fluffy, I’m so glad others have had positive experiences but I will never bring another pup there and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
