Pet smart is a cool place. Not everyone is like Veronica or Jeryl ..Some of the ladies in the Grooming area have horrible attitude. They do not smile or they will go and say something about you when you make a remark of your dog. You can see their mimics. others are polite.. but I like Veronica and Mel and two guys on the floor

Clean, organized store with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Made for a positive shopping experience!

Full service thank goodness. Stock my favorite dry and wet foods for my doggie.

Store was really dirty, pee at the entrance and pee down the main isle. Went to Banfield didn't shop. Dr Sammons is the best vet my pets have ever had. The Banfield staff is wonderful, totally trust my fur babies in their care.

Always a long line, but rarely more than one cashier working. Other employees will walk past a line of 10 people and not jump on a register to help. Not sure why. Other than that, the store itself is fine and the employees are generally polite and helpful. The cat food we buy is often out of stock, though.

Went to my grooming appt. They said you have to wait for 2 days. I made the appointment Telling the person that where the dog was would not give me her shot records. I told the girl I will go her shots and Rabies shot the morning of. She didn't explain that we have to wait 2days. The price of gas right now I drove 25 miles for nothing. I have never been so mad in having a dog groomed. I even took off work to get this done. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS

I was treated badly as a handicapped person with an invisible disability.

They always have what we need, employees are nice and knowledgeable and helpful. One downfall is the only ever have one register open and so it takes a while to get through and check out.

Originally maybe a year ago I loved this place for supplies. Since then customer care and respect has gone out the window. No basic training for cashiers, the management staff could not care less apparently. The grooming salon is still great though! Unfortunately this location will most likely close as I live nearby and the large location it occupies never has more than five cars in the lot. Maybe a good location for a boarding training center for canines?

The employees at this store are rude and incompetent. They make me feel unwanted as a customer. They have literally ushered me out the door because there was not adequate staff to address my needs. Everytime I've shopped at this location I have had significant issues and my needs were not met. They don't ever have items in stock, no one is ever there to assist me and the cashier staff is untrained and severely lacks customer service skills. I will not be returning to this location again.

If ya'll have a rescue or generally shy pup, Sylvia is who you want. You can schedule grooming in the app, and choose her. I have a chihuahua that had been abused, so she's been a bit of a challenge in the grooming department because she only trusts family usually. She warms up to Sylvia though, and we get done what needs done. And bless Sylvia's heart for being so patient with her! Oh and she is always SO perfectly groomed and snugglable after! Thank you Sylvia!

Vaune did such a good job on our sweet baby boy! He truly adored her and seemed to genuinely enjoy his mini spa day. Vaune also offered us caring and knowledgeable advice for keeping his hair nice and getting him to cooperate with paw/nail handling. Oh my god his claws feel so nice now, great to no longer feel like my calves are his personal pin cushions. I highly recommend Vaune. I’m sure everyone else is cool too, but I’m pretty sure Disco’s heart belongs to her????

I had to replace my Betta because Mr. Kitty devoured the last. Was happy with the price. I had bought off the web last time and paid a bit more so I was happy. Unlike to he web in store selection is not as good
