We love that the fish department does adoptions for fish. It’s a wonderful way for people who have fish that have too big or can’t care for their tanks to find new homes for their fish friends.

While Petco is a bit more expensive than their competitors, their sales and rewards program is better. I knocked a point for their smaller selection. Customer service is pretty good. This is our go-to pet store for our menagerie.

Andy waited on us. He's very helpful and considerate. I couldn't find the milk bones and two big guys show me where they were. Very friendly. I get my dog Nika groomed there also

Have been very pleased with their grooming service. My pup is always well taken care of. She looks beautiful, smells good and is always calm when I pick her up. No anxiety experienced in her part.

Forrest employee was very helpful with informing me about fish. He also signed me up for the petco rewards. Very informative and knowledgeable about fish and the store in general. He made my experience pleasant and easier to help get first fish and supplies, etc. He is an asset to this store.

Staff was very helpful! They were out of the dog booties I was looking for, so they called another store to see if they had them. Another company never offered that. Will definitely come back to this store!

Asked fot Frontlne oral flea/tic med. Got all the way home to find it was the messy poisonous topical. I've had a negative experience every time I've been to this store. I'm done with Petco after I return it for my $70 back.

They have a wider selection of items for most every type of domestic animal. The only thing I'm not too keen on is they sell animals from animal farms/mills for their small animals instead of rescue animals which need homes too.
