Very nice friendly staff. Im glad Tilly goes to this office. They were very helpful and so nice to her.

The were able to fit me in urgently, twice, for my cat that had bladder stones. They were caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My Maverick had surgery to remove the stones and healed up beautifully. He is better than ever at 6 years old. Dr Lauren Thomas is excellent and all the staff that I interacted with were kind and helpful. They are a busy practice, for good reason, so a little patience and kindness on our part, the pet parents, with the staff and veterinarians, goes a long way to easing the stress for all involved, including our furry kids.

Our ranch has been a client of Jackpot since Karla and Lindsay started out of their mini van. Their staff is knowledgeable. They are great at getting back with us when needed.

We love dogs, and we love our dog. We love people who love dogs, and we especially love people who love & help us care for our dog. We're new to the Tucson area, and our 14-year-old old pooch is a real princess. She's not used to the desert landscape, and she somehow got a wound in between the knuckles on her left forepaw. Could have been a foxtail, could have been an insect bite, could have been her just trying to tiptoe through the gravel. Either way, the princess couldn't stop herself licking & chewing at it. Problem was, we didn't have a vet, yet... We called around & around. The folks at Jackpot said they were full up for the next ten days but promised to give us a ring if they got any cancellations. Low & behold, a couple of hours later they were there, on the line. They could see the princess on Monday. Great! Even though we'd never been to Jackpot before, the princess has been in enough vet exam rooms to know that this was the kind of place where she gets her temperature taken. Ick. She hates that. The folks at Jackpot were so kind, so loving, so helpful. The princess played shy with them but ultimately felt right at home, and everyone was friends by the time we left. In addition to some antibiotics for the princess' wounded paw, we got a quick education about the challenges of raising pets in the desert, a good heart worm test and some flea meds. Jackpot even followed up a couple of days later to make sure all was OK. Of course it was! We love these folks, and we're glad we found them. Same goes for the princess, and that's what counts the most.

Very impressive and even though i had a same say emergency fee and A visit fee i was surprised the care wasnt more costly. Ill recommend to anyone who needs a vet

I have never met a healthcare provider that cared for a living thing as much as Jackpot. I feel as if they care for my dog Muzzy as much as I do. We switched to Jackpot after being with our old Vet for approximately 2 years. Our dog got sick and our previous Vet could not fit him in even for an emergency. I was so heartbroken. We called around and no vets could fit him in. Lo and behold, I call Jackpot and they were able to squeeze him in the next day early morning. The staff and the Veterinarians are so warm, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I feel like I can always rely on them to answer any questions or concerns I might have. They are attentive and always get back to me. They check up on my dog Muzzy after appointments, I've never had another vet clinic do that. THEY REALLY CARE. Dr. Thomas is awesome. She had come recommended by my neighbours and friends. I appreciate everyone at Jackpot, thanks for being there for me and Muzzy!

I do like Jackpot Veterinary, but the three star I am giving is because, I had to put my first precious love of my life to rest. I had my oreo for 14 yrs he was 16yr old shih tzu. I spent all my savings on my love, which I would do all over again. When I did take him in when he was sick, they did call me to check on him. I'm still heart broken of course and I guess my feelings are hurt that they haven't called to check on me. He wasn't just my pet, he was my buddy, my companion, my snuggle baby. My LOVES!!!!

We are so glad that we found Jackpot Veterinary Center. All staff are professional, kind and attentive.

I wish Google would add a 6th star for places like this. Jackpot is professional, timely and my bill has been less than expected each time. Thanks to everyone over there especially Dr. Callie and Dr. Alexis for the help with our horses and goats.

Very reasonably priced and so kind and caring to our horse! Would recommend them to everyone. We live in Benson so it was a bit far but totally worth it.

Dr. Goodenuf came in the middle of the night and couldn't have been more capable or kind. Had their newest vet on another late night call and she to was capable, kind and truly competent.

The first time we called these amazing ladies was because our regular equine vet couldn't make an office call. I was immediately impressed at how thorough Dr. Karla was. She asked questions and recommended services to help diagnose Miss Duchess. Unfortunately she was too ill to save and we lost her later that day. The vet returned to our home, without charge, and cried with us. Since then they have seen all for of horses. They are friendly and truly a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing not one!! Both are amazing doctors! I have loved working with Dr. Karla( who we miss), Dr. Lindsey Lombardi And Dr Alexis Goodenough ( her name doesn't do her justice! She is funny, kind and hard working) for my horses. They are amazing. Truly amazing. I would recommend Dr Lauren Thomas and Dr Callie Hoover from their practice as well. Truly caring honest and kind.Everyone on these ladies I mentioned will treat your animal with care. I had my first ever poor experience with a vet not named, yesterday. I am so glad I never saw her before. She is not caring and money is her motivation. Well, at least that is how it came across. She never actually touched or looked at either dog I brought in. Only sent the Vet tech in and then Vet tech told me how much and they decided based on no exam what the problem was . In the end the 2nd dog only got her temp taken and was never looked at. If you go in ask for anyone listed above but don't see the other doctor not named. She does not actually see her pets and reallies on all the testing to tell her what is going on. I would have given her 0 stars. But Jackpot deserves 5 for all the other times they stepped up and cared.

Thank you Dr. Alexis for taking such great care of our horse. She was informative and beyond kind. We appreciate everything she did for us. She was beyond comforting and professional while our horse crossed the rainbow bridge. All Jackpot equine vets are top of the line.

They were so nice and experienced everyone was so great there.

Our little girl Lily was treated awesome she was spayed healed very fast with lots of follow up calls to check on her progress. We found a great place to take our pups can’t thank you enough!

Absolutely wonderful Veterinary care. From the front office staff, the doctor's assistants, and the Veterinarians, everyone is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Jackpot Veterinary Center. The are the best and I am thrilled that I was recommended to them. Thank you Jackpot for all you do, and have done, for our animals.

We are fostering a cat and have minimal information on her medical history. Jackpot got us in for a checkup within a couple of days. The facility is clean, welcoming, and professional. The fees were reasonable. We also received a follow up phone call after the visit to check on how she was doing.

Dr. Cali was very helpful when I had an emergency with my cow after hours. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get anyone to come out and help in a timely manner.

Everyone there is very friendly. Love this place!

I lost my Percy cat unexpectedly and while I wasn’t a previous client of this clinic I was able to bring him in to get cremated. They were extremely respectful of my emotions and when I went to pick up my percys ashes they even gave me a hand written card which all of their staff had signed. They even took his paw prints and put some oh his hair in the box with the prints. I didn’t ask them to do this because I was too emotional to even think straight but I am so glad they did that for me. I highly recommend this clinic.

Over the past year, there have been several occasions in which I called to ask a question or for an appointment for my dog that was already a patient at Jackpot and either received no appointment or no call back whatsoever. However, my experience with this vet over the past 2 weeks has been incredibly poor. My dog was severely ill, throwing up 5x in one day. I called and was told “thats really concerning but we’re busy.” So I had to call several other clinics until I found one that would take a new patient very last minute. Luckily I finally found someone to see him and he was diagnosed with pancreatitis. A few days later my dog developed severe diarrhea and was vomiting again. Jackpot actually talked to me that evening with instructions telling me to give my dog immodium and to call back the following morning if there were no improvements and said she would try to fit him in for an appt. Since he was still sick the next day, I called again. The receptionist assured me that someone would call me back. I called again a few hours later to remind her that I needed someone to call me and she again told me someone would call me later. No one did. I ended up having to take my dog to an emergency vet and then had to take him to another clinic yet again over the next few days as his pancreatitis worsened and he began vomiting up foreign objects and some blood. Thank God I didn’t wait for this inconsiderate vet clinic to call me back or help me when my dog was so so sick. He had to be admitted for 2 days to another vet for treatment and needed xrays on 2 occasions over the past 2 weeks with further testing possibly needed in the near future. It has been almost 2 weeks now since I was told that I was going to receive a call back in “a few hours.” Although this has happened on multiple occasions with this clinic previously, this time was truly important and I needed help and was given absolutely nothing. Time and time again they have been incredibly rude, unprofessional, and have demonstrated just how little they actually care about their patients’ wellbeing.

I needed a cat shaved. U couldn't do. But, I used coconut oil and it helped greatly to take off dreds. Passing it along
