The staff is absolutely wonderful here and the doc is very thorough. My dog didn't seem to have any issues going inside without me with him. He (we) will be visiting again soon!

I had hoped to establish a relationship with this Veterinarian. However, I was mis quoted by a fairly new employee. And instead of choosing to honor the quote, simple dhppc booster. Was charged for examination as well ????

I’ve taken my cat to this vet a few times since adopting him in october. All of my experiences up until now have been educational and pleasant from start to end. Today I took him in as I thought he could have earmites as he had a few weeks ago but might have transferred to the other ear. In my past experiences I only communicated with the receptionist (I apologize if I messed up your name) Taro, along with Fern who I assume is an assistant to the vet and that’s how I received any and all information regarding Meliodas (my cat). However today was a completely different experience. I am greeted by a girl who I failed to get the name of, and this time when given the info, I met the vet who has been examining my cat all this time. First impressions will always matter and this experience is a true testament to that. Before even speaking to me, she puts her hands on my car window (already rolled down so her hands are quite literally less than a foot away) in an aggressive manner and then begins to explain to me whats going on, however being very hostile throughout the entire exchange. This crossed the line because I am wanting to help my cat just as much (or I would hope) as the vet does, but when I’m being basically yelled at and talked to in my eyes in such a disrespectful manner is when I’ve had enough. I asked her to please calm down and she definitely caused me to more stressed during the exchange than about what is truly wrong with my cat. To add onto this, I found out by the girl who took care of me before and after is the vet’s daughter (by her literally saying “my mom” when regarding her in the end). I’m never a fan of nepotism and when speaking with her to process my payment, her response to my questions were the same as her mom’s (what a surprise). So to end this, if you really care your cat, please do you and your furbaby a favor by finding a different vet that actually enforces professionalism in their practice. I am expecting a refund either through the practice or from my payment processor, either way I am not giving one more cent to this failed practice.

My experience was great! My pet was seen on time and the tech and vet came out to the car to talk to me directly. The vet was prompt very courteous and professional. And the cost was very reasonable. Desert Dove vet made my day because I've had anxiety about finding a good vet and felt very relieved after my visit to have found one.

Very compassionate vets and employees working here. My sis' cat gnight very sick and they were able till got us in and not charge an arm and a leg for treating her AND xrays

Daddy Kitty had to be put to sleep he was very ill The staff and Dr Terry were so kind and gentle to him they talked to him told him he was a pretty boy We got to spend time with him to say good bye They were so good to us taking care of all of our needs I highly recommend Desert Dove

Very competent and accomodation place. We visited to put our old dog out of her misery. The vet and the technician were very sympathetic and respectfull. They got is in quickly and let us spend as much time as we needed after the procedure.

A friend left her 2 cats in my care for a few weeks. During that time, one of the cats seemed to be limping, and so I looked around and the name "Desert Dove" caught my eye, so I made an appointment, describing the visual symptoms. I was impressed with the fact I didn't have to wait forever to get the cat in. I was confronted by an efficient fact finding and diagnostic process from the time I walked in the door. The handling demeanor of the staff and Vet remained friendly, professional and extremely efficient from diagnostic process to fulfillment of the remedy to correct the problem. At no time did the cat display stress or fear, these people love cats, and it seems, all animals. I noticed exotic pets in their care too. I described my experience to the pet parent of this cat, who lives in Phoenix, and she now will bring her cat clear from Phoenix so that this Veterinary Hospital can continue to look after her cat.

Super caring staff, gentle care, happy group. Dr knew what was going on and how to treat my cat within minutes! Staff spent time making sure I knew how to care for my boy and that I was comfortable giving him shots before I left.

Good people work here. Sad time for is as we had to put one of our dogs down due to sickness
