Acoma lost two patients today. Dr. Livingston is a great and compassionate doctor who explains everything well however, the management of the office and scheduling is HORRIBLE. Today was the third time I rescheduled my dog to come in because the wait times previously were frustratingly and excessively long. My super healthy dogs are now patients at another clinic that has more space and more doctors available to see them. At Acoma you check in and just wait with no updates from the staff. They're nice by speaking gently and saying they're sorry, but lack efficiency and communication skills. I'm not a doctor but my time is also valuable. They don't understand this.

Dr Livingston is a great vet and will explains as well as answer all your questions and concerns

They are the absolute best. They took care of my scared problem child.

Dr Lawrence is very detailed in telling us what is going on with our pups. His staff is awesome too@

Acoma animal clinic is a wonderful veterinary office. Dr . Livingston is amazing. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind, he has a wonderful bedside manner, and his whole sraff is great! We take our dogs and cats, they even have Saturday hours!

Ok, so far these folks are really good! They have treated my puppy very well and called the next day to check up on her and they have answered any question I've had. Sadly they are not my main vet clinic but that's because I live almost an hour away from them.

Went in a few weeks ago due to some bumps that we found on our dog. We were given and estimate of a few hundred dollars to remove the bumps. We scheduled and waited over 2 weeks just for them to tell us itll be 2000 to remove these 2 bumps... could have gone and got him care elsewhere but we were given incorrect information and we wasted the last 2 weeks. The receptionist working today was incredibly rude (like she was having a bad day and took it out on us). Find care elsewhere.

Front desk is extremely rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t seem to care much.

Great Veterinarian but front desk staff's attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Not the nicest on the phone OR in person. (Stacie). Disappointing, as I'd heard such good things about this vet.

First time here. Called ahead by an hour to say I'd be running a few minutes late to be basically told very abruptly by Stacie, the receptionist, that they had double booked and I "wouldn't" not "couldn't" be given another time. The journey took me almost 2.5hrs and I chose this vet on purpose. Was not happy being spoken to like that after making a courtesy call to let them know. As it was, I was 8 minutes early but stood waiting to be checked in for 20!!! Stacie is definitely not someone I'd have representing my company. The vet was good though and extremely kind and calm with my old, stressed out lab. He's professional and courteous. His tech, Christine was also very sweet and kind with my dog when completing the initial temperature etc.

Dr livingston and staff are always courteous well trained Dr livingston show's compassion when treating our pets. He explains what is going on and gives treatment options We've been a customer for about 20 years now and have no reason to look elsewhere.

Soo much better than the marana clinic. Here they let you choose if you want to take the benefit of a doubt scenario. And I think my cat Jack really appreciated that. Thank you!

Too expensive their not people doctors but they think they are.

Acoma has taken good care of our fur-babies. We recommend this vet clinic to anyone that wants the best.

Dr. Livingston is not the most affordable vet in Tucson, but he's top of the list for being thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. I've been bringing my fuzzy family to him for years. I trust him with the lives of my loved ones, and he's helped us through heartaches and health. Highest recommendations.
