I have been taking my dog here for years and they are always very kind and patient with her and very professional. She is a very anxious rescue dog and they have been amazing. I highly recommend the clinic but also the groomer. They are the only ones who have been able to successfully clip her toenails. I have tried taking her to both petsmart and petco (as I don't live super close to this clinic location) and neither one has been able to complete this task. Great place.

I have been a client for about 6 months now for my 2 little rescue dogs. I always feel like this location is SUPER responsive and helpful, very easy to schedule with. Prices are reasonable and my dogs receive great care. I'm often able to get same day medication refills and the appointment/vaccination reminders help me stay on top of things. Overall I'm very happy with their services.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I adopted 2 kittens and they contacted me to set up an appointment, that was great because I didn’t have any animals before to go to a vet in the area. But, they diagnosed one of kittens with a URI and gave him nose drops. Those weren’t working and I called them 3 times explaining his symptoms and asking if I should bring him to another vet or the emergency vet because they couldn’t get him in. They said he would be fine for another week until his scheduled appointment even though I explained he was having trouble breathing. Well he stopped breathing and I had to take him to the emergency vet where they told me he had been treated incorrectly and developed bacterial pneumonia. After a hefty emergency vet bill I decided to go see another vet and my other cat had a URI as well that had not been diagnosed and the first thing they told me was to watch her breathing and if she isn’t getting better bring her back in because she most likely would have bacterial pneumonia. VCA never once mentioned the possibility that my cat could get sicker or to monitor his breathing. They also over charge for everything and if you are unknowing like I was you won’t realize and get sucked in until they drop the ball with your animals and not care if they live or die. This is the worst vet experience I have ever had and it almost cost my kitten his life. The lack of compassion is astonishing! Please for the sake of your animals do not bring them here!

I brought my sick kitten in once and they checked her out for me and didn't charge me for the visit. My kitten didn't make it that day and knowing that they had my back when I needed the help really went a long way for me that day. Now I tell everyone just how grateful I am knowing they are there if I need help again

Will completely waste your time. Don't even bother with this place. Made an appointment and the completely blew me off. Then had the audacity to try to get me to reschedule. Wow.

Fast friendly and efficient. Normally my dog is pretty squeamish about having his legs and Paws touched. But they must have some magic that they worked on him because they told me he was a good boy. I know he's a good boy but not when you touch his paws.

Solid veterinarian. Does not force you to pay extra when unnecessary. (equally effective, but no huge price tag alternatives are suggested for most minor conditions)

Though I have always been satisfied with the services provided here, I have always felt the staff was slimy with the way they handle offering their services. The vet comes in and performs the services required, which is straightforward if your pet needs basic services like a checkup or shots. However, if your pet needs a diagnosis, whether illness or physical injury, the staff begins this dance to negotiate medical opinions, diagnostics, treatments, and prices. The vet leaves and forces the "vet-nurse" to do all this. The nurse comes in and will offer you a list of services and prices, but then assure you that if it is too expensive, they can negotiate the treatment. So you (not a veterinary expert) ask reasonable questions such as "does this actually help diagnose my pet?", and "what will happen if my pet does not get these services?" The answer is often something along the lines of "no, not really, but we have to do this before we can perform other tests" and "well it would be very, very bad, your pet will be in incredible pain and probably die, but, hey, its totally up to you". The impression I always get is the staff is trained to fear monger you into paying for the maximum number of services. Sometimes, I have refused to pay for a service, and then the vet-nurse comes back with a different service to try, seemingly unrelated to the original problem, and ~$100 cheaper than the original service (in hope of enticing you to pay for it). It is then up to you to decide what you want to pay for, what your pet really needs, and "how much do you really love your pet?" I am extremely disgusted by the whole process and feel as though their shady practices are preventing my pet from getting the care he needs, but only the care he needs and will help him heal. I will not be returning here.

My first few experiences here were phenomenal. Great care and service, not overly expensive like I've known done places to be. However my most recent experience is really making me consider whether I want to go back. The original cost estimate for my visit was around $150 which was a little expensive but doable. However the final cost ended up closer to $250, and a large portion of that ($50) was charged so that I could help a vet tech clean just one of my car's ears. I don't mind being charged a fee for that, but $50 for one ear seems really excessive.
